As far as we have seen sandhya's decision plays an important role both in office and house, I think in upcoming episodes we will get to see Meghna taking office role and by seeing her capabilities even NK will support her(Ignoring Sandhya) and in house Naina will take care (By pursuing her studies and managing home, Here too sandhya will become secondary)...By seeing her state sandhya will first try to manipulate Kunal by turning him against Meghna (that meghna is always dominating kunal and he will also feel like same bcoz Meghna is giving more importance in office than him) and thus misunderstanding happens between Meghnal and again Kunal promise to meghna will break here too...In house she will use Kyati (Nirmala will stand for her daughter and by that time may be Karan will support naina and nirmala thinks naina separated her son)...Nairan separation too will happen...
Both the sisters will leave chauhans house... More New entry will be there (Chauhans will have a huge loss in their business and as per meghna vows all chauhans family will depend on meghna for their living)...
In between all these things Sandhya secret that why she is living in chauhans house and karan secret will be out
