KWK - 5 il Go Off Air on 19th March

The current season of Karan Johar's chat show Koffee With Karan is nearing its end. While Saif Ali Khan, Shahid Kapoor and Kangana Ranaut's episode will air today, Kapil Sharma's episode (that was shot almost two months ago) will be telecast on March 5, sources tell us. Remaining episodes include the one with the three directors " Imtiaz Ali, Kabir Khan and Zoya Akhtar, Koffee Awards Special which has Neha Dhupia, Malaika Arora, Ayan Mukerji and Rohan Joshi choosing winners after showcasing the show's best of this season. This will be the last episode and will be aired on March 19

We can't say this has been the best season. But there were a few episodes which made us cheer aloud. Twinkle Khanna and Akshay Kumar's episode was simply fantastic. Known for being very straightforward, Twinkle gave us some really witty moments on the show. She even left her husband at loss for words. Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawans episode was really funny.




What we found more interesting in this season is the recurring visits by Arjun Kapoor. He took the couch with Varun Dhawan and showed how they actually bromance for real. But it was his presence between Ranveer Singh and Ranbir Kapoor, that was awesome. Ranveer really disliked it when Arjun, his baba, named the Ae Dil Hai Mushkil actor the best kisser. Then he sat between Kareena Kapoor Khan and Sonam Kapoor saving that episode from being a complete bore. So Karan definitely owes it to him.

This season was lacklustre.

It became a platform for the movie promotions which is ridiculous! It used to be a thing but not anymore!

I havent watched a single episode, it seemed superboring in the promo...

The season fell so flat was because it had nothing new/entertaining to offer... the same ol celebs, same ol bitchyness...

Good riddance! This season was only to fulfill kjo's fantasies and do the "jai jai alia" jaap...

More like a cheap sx show and less of a chat show. Gossip aunty Kjo ruined which was a good show in its first two seasons.

hope this was the 5th and last season of this pathetic shallow show

There are so many actors who didn't come on the show.Instead of getting some actors to appear twice..Karan could have gotten celebrities like Nawazuddin Siddiqui,Irrfan Khan,Amitabh Bachchan,Anupam Kher.I would have also liked to see Abhishek Bachchan and Ritesh Deshmukh for their sense of humour.
Also he missed likes of Farhan Akhtar and Shradha Kapoor.And yes I do wish Karan would have managed to get directors like Raju Hirani and Sanjay Bhansali.Did he feel he would look stupid infront of them??

This season was probably the worst of all seasons. Most episodes were hugely disappointing. He didn't get the combinations right, this time around, I feel.
