I think Dev will get to know of Soha very soon as they have a kidnap track planned after this (supposedly).

If she was too keen to hide soha from dev then she wud have never returned to Delhi. She is not revealing becoz of the spur of the moment and already there are things complicated she don't want to make things more complicated otherwise she wud be okay if dev knows she even want soha to meet his father. I dont think that she wud hide truth from.elina. But I am sure that bijoy will do something to prevent the truth becoz he is more insecure.
