Today's episode carried on the vibe of yesterday's dev-sona conversation. Maybe that's why a loved it just a bit more!
I don't know somehow sona's conversation with jatin with her tone and jatin's smile toned down the atmosphere while keeping the context alive. She has just told dev that circumstances have changed so it's no use them changing or moving on in either direction. Yesterday I had also expressedy thoughts that sona probable is more scared of the consequences or situations around them which will never change. Today I think in her conversation she just confirmed it.
Dev ki toh sari galti nahi ho sakti na, maine bhi kuch galti ki houngi... Bar bar woh sab yaad ati rehti hai (not accurate dialogues)
Hum dono ki bohot alag soch hai, yeh baat mai samajh hi nahi payi
The only meaning I can make out that she understands both he and she herself were at fault which didn't let them workout. Probably it was their different mentalities too. She seemed a lot more calmer and in peace with herself... Probably because she had just accepted how big a role the conditions - their halat - played and probably will still play if they ever even think to get back together.
On the other hand jatin played the role of a friend perfectly... Presenting her a neutral viewpoint... That him listening to his mom, listening to her, being a good son and worshipping her (which he doesn't do know though) is not his weakness but a dream of many children. Probably it was for audience too!
He also tried to show her reason that you can't fall in love with a perfect person in perfect halat... Matching DNA. When you do you just do and that is what she had done too.
And here came the catch! Jatin was continuing her conversation in reference to the past... Sona interpreted it to be about her present feelings. Just a slip of young or a glimpse into her subconscious mind?
Its very intriguing now that sona is opening up slowly...remember last convo with asha?
It's like she is in a neutral position now.
Speaking of dev now. Thank god his brains are working a bit and he wants to find out about soha. He goes to Bose house but then gets pulled into their random happenings. If you notice the smile though wider with sona and soha doesn't however leave his face otherwise. All family scenes, Dada blushing scenes, the larki Wale coming and Ronita meeting him, their reading etc... All throughout he had a smile on his face and was engrossed in it. He seemed genuinely happy. As if it was his family. Or is that anything relayed to sona gives him same happiness and peace? It's sad that his own family couldn't give him this.
Now as for the call to elena... I don't know why people think otherwise... Because it seemed to me cent percent genuine! He wanted elena to meet her family and take part in their happiness just as he was doing now. I will believe this until I am told otherwise.
And why do I think that line about Bose's having come to kolkata, and elena meeting them without hesitation after seven years, rejoining her contact f with them was unconsciously referring to him too?
He said also mai bhi toh sona se roz milta hu!...does he have any hope?
Well for one he too continued from last night... He hasn't moved on a bit! That khalipan no one can fill, not even family! We could see that dev!
Lastly,i can't end without mentioning Bose family scenes. How cute saurabh dada and ronita boudi were! Yes I will call her that only from now! I feel it's a lovely Jodi and a great addition to the Bose family!
Finally, golu met his bigchi!! Yay... Aur unki bhi instant dosti ho gayi! Here soha wants her to meet his bigcha too!
And dev is already at Bose house! Truth with be out by Monday or Tuesday... Just can't wait to see which way it goes!
And ishwari... Yes your son is in his happiest place now at sona's...now do whatever you want lady! Let us also see!
