Dev wouldn't have got drunk and spoken to Sona in anger. Sona wouldn't have come to know of prenup. Bose family would not have been on the streets. They would have got back after some days - just like the night-out fight. But then Ishwari would have made it very difficult for Sona and out of frustration caused by the Dixit/Tripathi family she wouldn't have conceived at all.
