Relationships are beyond 'I love you'

It's not only about saying those 3 magical words I feel both Shivaay and Anika have a long way to go before confessing. Anika might realize she loves Shivaay but does she understand his "love" for her? I feel a woman should understand the man she love to know he has feelings for her. Yes he took her for granted many times but I never get the reaction "Your words said something while your eyes said something else" he has given her many hints already how attached he is to her while I am mad at Shivaay many times I feel she should understand his feelings by now but course not confess to him because the guy is too unpredictable and can go into SSO mode anytime he wants. Her leaving OM I don't see ever happening now he's way too addicted to her like drugs even if she left without telling him he will figured out in time and send his guards to hunt her and bring her back home.

I agree with you . The deep caring between two people goes beyond the mere expression of "i Love You", yet it shouldn't be hard just to say the words. I grew up in a house where no one says "I Love you", but there is so much caring and loving for one another. And I married a man, who says "I Love you " at least 10 times in a day, "just like that"

Starting with Anika's memory loss...when someone you love to death, forgets ur existence, your being in their life, those memories get washed away and everything is forgotten, nothing can be worse than this...it hurts like hell, each moment pricks and the pain is invincible! I can say this through personal experience!

Its just an unbearable pain, although it was initially made fun of, in the show, but what Shivay is going through, his vulnerability...his frustration and pain of Anika not remembering him, his desperate attempts of making her remind the old times they spent together, the small little memories of them...I so feel bad for him and what Anika is doing to him by faking the memory loss, is just bad and can't really be justified! If she had questions, she had problems, she should have confronted him as Anika and not as the girl who lost her memory...this was not needed!

The Gobar Phekna and Baanjh episodes were shown in a fun light, but Shivay's vulnerability, his reactions and his desperation and pain to make her remember, the guy just left his Classy Attitude and got Gobar in the house, he just declared to you that it doesn't matter to him if u cannot give him kids, all that matters to him is You! Anika's response there to him was not satisfactory enough for me coz what he said and did, meant a lot!

As much as I agree and feel good about Anika's questions about a third person in a relationship, about his family not liking her and humiliation she has to go through, about his mom not happy with her, about his not giving her the rightful place...I don't agree with Anika's questions about Shivay's feelings, what she means to him, what he feels for her!

If a guy nearly died for u twice, puts you above his family and wanted to take you away from everything, he is just mad that you do not remember him and u keep pushing him to marry the other woman despite knowing that he doesn't love that woman and that woman is framing him into false claims and how dangerous she is, I felt bad for Shivay!

And truly, Shivay is much more hurt, much more suffering in all this...pain of Anika not remembering him, pain of his brother's truth, a random woman blackmailing him every now and then, another woman claiming to have been carrying his child...he is just caught from all ends!

He has no support, no one to comfort him, atleast Anika has him, but he has not a single person with whom he can share his pain and his worries!

The bedroom scene yesterday where he unbuttoned his shirt and wanted to make Anika react that he is going out like this, but why is Anika so sure he would never harm him with a knife or that he won't ever go in another woman's room like that? Coz she knows he can't...if she can understand this, why can't she understand his feelings?

Shivay's pain at the poolside, his eyes, he was dying each moment...agreeing to marry Tia is a thought that was eating him up and its like a nightmare for him, just the thought of it is killing enough!

I truly agree that True Relationship is beyond a confession, beyond an ILU and beyond some words...its just expressed in ur gestures, in ur actions more than ur words and Shivay has done that enough to show what she means to him! Even if words are concerned, he said about those feelings in the heart that can never be forgotten, those times when they nearly died for each other, those good, bad, happy sad moments...everything, that just can't be forgotten

I love you would not have been needed if he would not been expressive about his belives as well if he is vocal about nkk criteria, if he can utter mere biwi matt bano, there should be no harm in uttering I love you also, it's pure ego n his pride, it's the flaws of character which will overcome, n viewers will come to know he is out of nkk when he will accept her proudly , i accept no hero of TV has this level of madly love, but no hero has insulted the fl this much also this is the beauty of shivika, their every enotion is extreme, so for me I love you n I was an idiot to judge you based on my useless nkk believes from shivay is mandatory😊😆

But she have asked him in different ways. Even after hospital when they came back then she asked that why did he do that and he answered that you are my responsibilty.

He has always made it clear to her than naam khoon khandaan is important to him.

And majboori me ki gayi shadi sirf compromise hoti h and she even cross questioned him that this is what you think and he replied yes. Then just after Om's engagement scene when she was asking him to do something he again said the same thing that relationship is deal and she did the same for her bro, and for him naam khoon khandan will always be important.

Yes he cares for her and she know it but she thinks that since he thinks she is his responsibilty that is why he cares. As she said that he cares for everyone but loves only omru. He never even once said to her that she is now exception in his naam khoon khandan even though he did not say to her for naam khoon but he also never showed or said something which she can think that she is anything more than his responsibilty.

At poolside in her questions also she waited for his answer, she just wanted to hear that what is she in his life. But he did not answer. She asked if she is wrong then tell me but he went on like i will fulfill your wish now.

So now he wants his answer that Annika ko farak padta h so he will do everthing to make her confess but he does not want to answer her questions.

Both are hurt and both are right. And I don't think there is anything wrong in asking question as kalavati as well.

In Shivaay and Annika's case, they are way beyond those words. They know what each other are thinking, they know how the other will react, they rise to protect and are simply super comfortable and relaxed with one another.

She knows very well , he cares SO much about her, Trust between them is unshakeable. And he knew of her crush on him from the start, was shocked with how much she cared about him, and how his wellbeing matters to her. That he seeks to reassure her all the time that he is fine, just like he reassures Rudra. But she is no sibling to him, of course.

But the issue here is: she knows he wanted to marry advantageously. To him marriage is a deal, a big business venture to be struck, a perfect wife to fit in his perfect life. A woman who doesn't interfere, does her own thing that is admirable, and generally gets out of his way.

And she is everything he didn't want. A real wife. One who will interfere when he is wrong, fuss over him and his wellbeing, share his bad times and good times, at times just be there for company. Annika is all that, for him, like a best friend , but platonic, without the passion, sex and physical bonding.

This guy is totally capable of keeping this platonic relationship going forever.

But is it fair to her? Imagine having to live in a house where half the members look down on her and disrespect her, requiring him to constantly be around to stick up for her. A wife , is also a daughter in law, a sister in law and aunt. She needs to be accepted as all those roles , which was why all those rituals post marriage were important.

It's just words, it needs to be said only once, and it'll be enough.

Yes it's not fair on her at her living in a house where half the family members disrespect her so much especially his mother. She spend so many years trying to maintain her own house and provide for her and her brother only to get insulted in her new home. He needs to demand respect for her and not allow his family members to talk to her like this.

I feel for Shivaay alot and the pain he's going through right now he have way too much on his hands to deal with from his brothers to Anika situation with his heart problem so much stress isn't good at all if Anika is faking ML why she giving him so much stress? After knowing he isn't supposed to be in so much stress due to his heart problem's they're ways to deal with this ML without torturing him though he does deserves this reality check. It's not fair on Anika either consider the fact his own mother doesn't like her and always disrespect her and she deserves respect as his wife both in OM and outside the world.
