Love is not something that will come in an instant and go away in another instant. Ravish is an example. Even after knowing Vividha loves Atharv, he still loves her.

People marry insane people in the hopes of making them better, Vividha here didn't do any of that sort so all these claims of eternal, undying love are false. Though I am confused from where did this idea come from that Vividha would have married Atharv in any state he is in? From two three mahaan dialogues which were only said after she doubted Atharv, had she been really excited about marrying mental Atharv, she wouldn't have been so adamant on bringing out the normal Atharv.

It takes guts to marry an insane person, it is not joke that this show has made it..so yes those who actually do it, I do salute them..not Vividha.

But she loves him. For me the situation is the same. If she dumps him or chooses not to marry him bcos he is 'mental' then that makes her shallow and the very same people in this forum would be pinpointing that oh what kind of person is she.

Marriage is only a seal to show your commitment towards a person.When you are in A relationship, you don't give up on someone based on your convenience because they happen to be unwell. Yes mental illness is on another scale but many more are faced with mental illnesses than physical. I am sorry but you have got it all wrong. They have been in love for far too long...marriage or no marriage.
