Chacha , Chachi were highly irritating with their lalach and Chachi's laughter+nails reminded me if a TV character 'Kernani'. Gauri's Vishwas jaap sometimes gets too much. She will be hurt badly after seeing how the real world is and Shuruaat Kali Thakur ne ker di. I did not like that scene but loved the performance by actors. Seems like Kali had his eyes set on Gauri for some time since she is the Chulbul Pandey of Bareli. Did Gauri make a victory sigh while she was being carried away by Kali?
Omkara has brought a brand new caravan but couldn't afford to book a hotel room??
I didn't expect him to judge gauri just like that. Thakuraein was feeling bad gor Hauri but all of a dudden pata nahin kya hua k she blamed Gauri for everything. That fire scene was exactly like Ib(no logic whatsoever).

I loved Om & Jhanvi Singh Oberoi's conversation.There I saw Om acha wala. Jhanvi was all healthy with so minimal makeup just to show that she was not well. Priyanka say yaad aya what about her MMS? Bhool gaya Om?

The point with building stories up quickly is that very soon they will run out of quality material. So the request of going slow also makes sense so that this quality can be savored. They have a legit track/story here in DBO but the faster they go, the more I get concerned about the inevitable lull. But the fast pace is also necessary but it has definitely gotten the viewers hooked.

Hahaha, Om really was all "Baji. Phone. Pls" to Gauri but it was sweet. Because, like we both said, he didn't lost patience. He wasn't exasperated. Chacha Chachi are the definition of stereotypical. They are fat, ugly, and LOUD. Gauri's vishwas jhaap can get super annoying because she does nothing but rely on her vishwas. Though I doubt real world's view would taint her vishwas pe vishwas. It'll go other way round with her Vishwas changing the world. Cuz GulBegum's FLs are like that. Also ye universe VishwasPower pe chalti hai 😆

Caravan are expensive than hotel rooms. It's clear it was a deliberate choice 😆

Him misjudging Gauri makes sense. He already doesn't like her...in fact, his opinion of females aren't all that bright nowadays. Omkara is still very much effected by what happened to Jhanvi so when he comes upon a situation which is so eerily similar to what happened to his mother, it's bound affect him like that. He couldn't protect Jhanvi but in Thakurain he sees a chance of redemption. It's very well constructed tbh..fits the phase Omkara is going through as a person. His reactions make sense even if the fire scene with bad CGI and not burnt up saree doesn't xD

The Good:

I really like the pace of the story, plus finally a realistic foundation for misunderstanding and hatred. From character point of view it makes sense. Yaaas!

Loving Shrenu, I barely saw her last two shows, so really liking her and hair flicks 😆 and Harharike! She's an actual doll who is hilarious in the comic bits, on fire (pun not intended) in the 'i'll eff your three generations' bits, and just freakin' amazing in the sad/helpless bits. She's making me love Gauri at a really fast pace.

Om's conflict is pretty believable and turns out that he isn't out and out A**hole, which is reassuring. THANK GOD FOR THAT! He didn't turn into a manhandling MCP. He has just stopped caring for anything that doesn't relate to his immediate interests. So no more wasting time feeling things and smiling. That's so 2016.

Main Aur Meri Tanhai beth ke aapas mein chit chat karte. But beda garak ho Thakurs ka...usse muye Caravan ke saamne unhen apna poora drama rachana tha!

Then Jhanvi 2.0 skipped all the way to Om's spot to set herself on fire o.O really dude? And Om's reaction time 🤣 Which SERIOUSLY! WHY!? What kind of Ki was that place radiating ke theek WAHEEN khade hoke khud ko aag lagani thi? Did she expect to burn faster there or for the fire to hurt less!? the dude moved at a snails pace. *smh* no near death experience for Omie and Gowri...his reaction time tells me she will die resurrect three times before he gets there. 🤣 DEAD!!! 🤣

The Bad:

Alright so far Gul and her team have managed to keep Omkara true to his character and turn him into an angry young man who is cynical of love.

Yes people I understand that he is in a glass case of emotions, where you have Ambuja cement on top to keep him stiffened and what not. But please don't pour concrete on his Budhi!

Two scenes that I have a problem with, one where he randomly throws Money at Gauri... Why? Agreed. Throwing money at someone is showing your contempt for them. Showing your own arrogance. Om is neither one of those. Had said this yesterday's O2. Being cynical doesn't mean exchanging basic human decency. Also, he aims to be a business man. Don't those people negotiate? He could've easily bought Gauri's discounted chunris and wrapped the matter more civilly than throwing money at her. Shivaay ka influence tha shayad..He doesn't think that Gauri was beneath him. Neither does he have any pride on his being a billionaire...so why? I loved his reactions after this scene when Gauri smashes his car. He stood there and he took it. And he understood that why she was retaliating. He knew that he deserved it and that's how the fight ended. Honestly, this makes me enjoy Omkara's newly adapted cold exterior. The way he isn't bothered to have a tit for tat. He did something, Gauri reacted and had the last word. And he let her have it. Just to get it over with it. When Omkara says he doesn't have time for all these things, he actually means it. And I like it. If it was in his hands he would have NOTHING to do with whatever is going to happen in Bareily. But since he is being forced into this situation owing to Thakurain going Boombayah right in front of him, he'll find it hard to not get involved.

Second problem, today he only blamed Gauri from what he heard. Women like Gauri are disgusting? But what about men like Kali Thakur and Tej? Why did he not say both of them disgust him? Tomorrow if saw Svetlana in Gauri and hated, it would make sense because of the inevitable situation they are in. But today he heard Kali and his menacing joy, why all this hate just for the woman and not the man. To me it seemed like a cop out, where you just want to hammer the point that, in Om's mind Gauri=Svetlana, at the expense of Om's brains and his objective judgement. I think his feelings about Tej are pretty clear. As to why he didn't blame KT today can be because he only heard half of the convo in the car. He heard KT saying he has paid quite a handsome amount for Gauri and he saw Gauri's half hidden face nodding at the statement. So in his head he automatically constructed that Gauri had taken money to be with KT, a man MUCH older than her. Om can not be objective about this situation cuz of his own situation, something he is clearly not over even 1%. Plus, Thakurain last words before she fainted were literally "uss ladki ne mera ghar barbaad kardiya" (or something like that). Omkara already knows that KT isn't the most honest of man. But Thakurain's words just give the impression that Gauri is a 50% ki partner in this marriage instead of an actual victim.

Another qualm is Jhanvi 2.0 just blaming the other woman. What about your scumbag husband woman? He is the one who is stepping out in your marriage, he is betraying you, not her. If it wasn't Gauri, it would be someone else. Men like him will find a way to satisfy lust no matter who it is with...so maybe not just point fingers at women and look at the root cause too like MEN! I dislike this as much as you do but it's understandable. For Thakurain, Pati = God. It's clear her life revolves around KT and when KT is legit requesting her to drop dead so he can get a new wife, it's not hard to understand why she would blame Gauri. I think for women like Thakurain, things their husbands do are alright as long as they do it outside the home. But KT is bringing Gauri home which rings the alarm bells in Thakurain's mind. So she blames Gauri for enticing her husband so much that he is ready to replace his wife of many years. No way will I believe that Thakurain doesn't know about her husband's philandering ways.

Won Kostan Assking? Do you happen to have access to Phoenix tears? Or access to ambrosia? Why do people at O mansion recovers so fast from their injuries/near death experiences...without any scars...🤓
