Akki -Twinkle Ditch Red & Twin in Black for their V Day Date

The power couple definitely know how to break stereotypical norms! Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna literally give us relationship goals with their appearances. Not just appearances but the funny videos they make with each other, pics they click, they aren't one bit cheesy but every bit romantic. So with Valentine's Day that took place yesterday, while most of the B-town couples headed out with their baes, even Akshay and Twinkle went on a dinner date. Now here's something that you should pay attention to. Instead of opting for the classic red that couples usually do to celebrate the day of love, they chose to go for black. Well, someone took our fashion cues seriously and ditched the classic red! We're really happy about that. Anyway, back to their style. Both the celebs have sported casual but comfortable looks for their dinner date.

As you can see, the diva chose a really cool printed jumpsuit of Stella McCartney and paired it with gold pumps and a Hermes Jige clutch. The whole look gets full points from our style cop! There was absolutely nothing off about this look. The wild cats on her jumpsuit crouching and ready to attack looking fiercely cute. Quite paradoxical, don't you think? To top it all, even hubby Akshay decided to match up to Twinkle's style. For the same, he again chose to keep it simple and opted for a full black ensemble. The only flashy thing about his look were the red shoes. Perhaps there was one element after all, that he wanted to keep in-sync with Valentine's Day. We definitely loved this colour twinning! One thing we've noticed is that every time Akshay and his family make appearances, they somehow manage to twin. In the past too, we noticed on several instances, that either the couple or their kids wear coordinated colours or styles. Is that a thing the Kumars follow? Professionally, after quite a long time, Akshay and Twinkle will be working together on a project. R Balki's upcoming movie, Pad Man will have Twinkle don the producer's hat while Khiladi Kumar will be essaying the lead role. It's going to be exciting since it's the story based on true incidents.
