When Dadaji asks them to sit in the pooja, Karan's expressions were like please let the earth open up and swallow me. 🤣 What was interesting was that Naina again read his expressions correctly. She's a fast learner, this one. Aise hi thodi IIT ki topper hai! 😉
Then comes the epic scene. As soon as Naina enters, Karan jumps on her saying tumne mana kyun nahi kiya?? And then gives her variety of reasons - tumhari di ko karni hai pooja, maine kaha than a tumse main iss rishte ko nahi manta etc etc. Karan beta, you also know that she didn't voluntarily ask for sitting in the pooja. Then why were you asking? 😆 Best was him saying tumhe saaf saaf mana kar dena chahiye tha. Karan ji, aapse to mana na ho paya apne dadaji ko, how would Naina have refused? Matlab kuch bhi. Argument karo to aise to karo ki usme koi point ho. Nahi to humesha maat hi milegi. 😆 That's what happened. Naina very sweetly asked him ki why didn't he refuse then? And he had no answer. Why Karan? What is up? Do you want excuses to talk to Naina now? 🤣
On a serious note, he was taking out his frustration of the situation on her. Its telling that among everybody else, she is the only person he does this to. Unknowigly, there is a bond between them.
Naina is very observant when it comes to Karan. She is slowly starting to realize that Karan's problem is not just with her, but in general. I loved how she connected his refusal to put teeka with what happened at Boondi. Good going Naina! 👏
How wistful did Naina sound when she told her Di ki sabke pati itne acche nahi hote?? I guess that even in this forced marriage, she had somewhere expected that she will be friends with her husband and then also fall in love with him. She seems to be a romantic and the idea would have definitely planted itself in her head. Par phir Karan pheroed paani on all her armaan!😆 Don't worry Naina, you'll also get the love of your husband. But when that will happen, iski guarantee I refuse to take! 🤣
How emotional was the sisters' scene! And I totally relate to the not being able to lie to mothers , even on the phone thing. Mothers just have a way of knowing, don't they? ❤️
