Ishu is callled in as pihu is performing very badly in her class and ishu is very upset..she's weak in all subjects..she's suffering a set back..it happens to kids and she shares it with the principal of their situation and he advices her to watch out for pihu

Looks like ishita is quitting her job as her kids need her full attention..so she's giving up her career for the kids..good job..many women do that in real...kudos to them.
But Mrs. Bhatra... I think..says she took her back after she came back from Aussie..agreed its all due to her hard work that their clinic is in top position..and there you go another emotional BM...she took a loan to extend the clinic based on ishita's patients and she can't back out now. So ishta is in a fix..She says she will continue for some time but look out for a replacement. Ishita leaves for the nanny interview

My thoughts
Ruhi ...first go to school and earn a degree...do what you are passionate about...you have an inclination towards cooking, why not enroll in a culinary school...and become a chef and have your own business. That would be nice ...self made woman..
Ishita...she is easily manipulated to allows other to manipulate her. She's guilty that she's unable to give full attention to the kids. She even decides to give up her career. Looks like she's going to be extremely busy with her work as now she has the burden of financial stress from her work place too.
How much pressure can this woman take..she's just absorbing everything like a sponge. Im surprised this woman has not had a nervous breakdown yet.
Shagun...she's very impressed with gulabo..
So gulabo is there to take care of pihu and shagun.
Overall...ok and entertaining
KP..has done a good job.
Ishita shagun scene..brief one but nice...
