I really hope the prenup is brought into picture as soon as Soha existence is revealed to the Dixits.

Sonakshi signed the papers without reading it but I'm sure Bijoy & Asha still remember the clauses. Have they even mentioned to Sonakshi that Dev had clearly refused to sign the papers at the time when he came to know about it?

Not sure if the papers still exist or as mentioned by randommusings what if Dev had thrown it in the fire.

I would also like to know in case the paper still exist, has Dev gone through the clauses.

I think prenup will be used only to make Ish realise how she completely ruined Dev's life. Coz Sona wud definitely use prenup arguement when Dixits wud claim Soha to be their ansh.

Dev Sona Child / Dev Ish Child / Ish Sona Child ... any angle the story will go

But seeing Sona anger ... even if pre nup was not there at all ... for the insults faced by her family ...she would not have revealed the child matter.

Her apprehension would be that the dixits will again think her to be behind money ... and with baby on the way she has come back comfortably!!! So she did not reveal the child existence at all to them

I think the lawyer for the prenup told clearly about the clause and even Dev told that he his not interested in the prenup agreement.

I think Vicky will have kept the prenup papers safely for further use.

I think Vicky has kept those prenup paper

I don't think that they will vanish it suddenly as that prenup played major part in everything

And I also think sona or anyone doesn't know about that clause except Vicky and bijoy and they also not remember it right now

And the custody case will happen but I am sure the way serial is proceeding at the last moment in everything sona has won so it will look like Dixit are winning but at the very next moment in one second custody will go in sona hand

And I don't think jatin is here for only few day

He will certainly be there for some more day for story PTO proceed

If they are planning to shut this serial then it's okay otherwise there is no story left to show

Knowing what she has done in her raja beta's life, I hope she collapses. But she won't as she is a hard nut to crack.

I do not want any custody battle. I want Sona to be chilled about Soha and Dev bonding and Dev realising his love for Sona and wanting to be with her and vice versa, irrespective of the fact that they have Soha in their lives now.

Actually lawyer told Ishwari that Sona will not be able to claim 50% of Dev's property after divorce. This child clause was raised by Bijoy when he was telling Asha about the prenup. Dv toh got freaked out on hearing the word prenup only. So its quite possible that Ishwari might not be knowing all the clauses of prenup.
