So Shahid will make a special appearance like Arjun has been doing in past episodes?

Kangana Ranaut and Saif Ali Khan, the stars of Vishal Bhardwaj's upcoming period drama Rangoon will be seen sharing the couch in the upcoming episode of Koffee with Karan.
The trailer of the episode shows Kangana and Saif taking coffee shots as they sneakily admit to cheating on partners and getting jealous of other co-stars.
While Saif admits to have cheated on his partner, he mentions that he doesn't get jealous of his peers and their success. Kangana though on the other hand admits that she does get jealous seeing other people's film do well. "(It's a) Human emotion. Like the fact that Dangal made so much money. So much?!" Kangana also admits that a girl has kissed her.
The actress is seen slyly taking a jab at Karan Johar at one point. "If ever a biopic is made on me, you will play the strereotypical Bollywood biggie who is very snooty and completely intolerant to outsiders. A flag bearer of nepotism. The movie mafia."
Saif has featured three times before on the show. The actor has come with Preity Zinta, his sister Soha and wife Kareena Kapoor. Kangana has made an appearance before with Sanjay Dutt and Anil Kapoor.

At an event, Shahid Kapoor had said they recently shot an episode of Koffee With Karan season 5. By they' he meant Kangana Ranaut, Saif Ali Khan and him. But when the first promo of the episode got out, we could only see the actress and Saif in it. She made a very scathing remark at Karan Johar but he took it damn sportingly. In fact, it made Saif very uncomfortable too. But we missed Shahid a lot and it made us wonder if he skipped the episode. Turns out we were wrong after all! The first promo of Kangana's episode was explosive, to put it mildly. She just left Karan Johar speechless. She called him a movie mafia, flagbearer of nepotism, snooty and much more. We are pretty sure there will be more such moments. It will be really interesting to see Shahid and Saif sharing the couch on the show. We are pretty sure the filmmaker will ask questions that will give us more reasons to watch this episode. Now you must have realised why we are so eager to see Saif and Shahid on the couch. Shahid dated Kareena Kapoor and Saif is married to her. We know all three of them are very cordial to each other. Shahid even recommended Kareena for Udta Punjab and both were present on stage at the trailer launch of the film. The two men worked in Rangoon together. But it's Koffee With Karan, a lot of questions will be asked and answered. This will be one interesting episode to watch. Karan Johar continues to surprise and of course, entertain with Koffee With Karan and following a string of unusual pairings on the couch, he is bringing us perhaps the biggest surprise of the season - Kangana Ranaut and Saif Ali Khan.
While Saif is a veteran on the couch, it's Kangana's first time and she is her usual outspoken self. And yes, Shahid drops in too. It is one episode we can't wait to watch this Sunday on Star World.

While Saif and Kangana share an obvious comfortable working relationship, Karan is more curious about her equation with Shahid. And that's when Kangana makes a surprising revelation about him.
According to her, Shahid is very moody, with his moods oscillating between very good to extremely bad. Some days he would be the life of the set, joking around, making everyone laugh and even bringing breakfast for the cast from home. And then there are the dark days - when his mood is blue and he would look at you like you are a suicide bomber.

Yes, Kangana turns the table on Karan.
When asked about her biopic, the Rangoon girl says that in it KJo would play the villainous, snooty film-maker AKA movie mafia. You can imagine Karan's reaction to that!
Kangana, true to character, also voices her opinion on everyone in Bollywood, with the dapper Saif adding to the fun with his witty responses and honest confessions.
