Agree with you to some extent but not completely. If I am not mistaken when he was in financial crisis and he thought of taking financial help from Dev on advice of his mother, his father advised against it giving his reasons. Now again later, when he was looking for investors and Dev approached him, he could have insisted that Dev inform Sona, Saurav was not a small kid, not to realise the dynamics of relationships. But he thought it was a very easy way out, that was the very reason he did not inform his parents too. We have a saying in our language that money has the ability to break closet of relations. Secondly, for people who say that it was purely business, we should not forget families are involved and doing things behind back always build mistrust among the families.

If we say Saurav is not a kid, then Dev was also not a kid. Din he know his mother. Dev had got so angry when Saurav had returned the car and Sonakshi had clearly explained him, not to get finances between the family. But Dev also ignored the advice.

Dev and Saurav both did things in good intentions, so, if we cannot blame Saurav also.

I am not blaming him directly but my point is why he was open with his own family about the dev's help actually he must have talked about this with his parents and importantly sona. if these thing has must be taken care when ever you are dealing the financial matters in the close family relations.

Few points.

1. I don't blame Dev for approaching Saurabh for an investment. It's a business deal and we should look into it as one. Dev was clear about that. Score to him.

2. Saurabh signed that deal without Sona's consent. Thumbs down on Saurabh and he is DEFINITELY to be blamed. When it's a joint partnership, one cannot bypass the other owner to decide something on behalf of the company. That is why Joint Partnership is always risky and one should never involve into it if he has that tendency to decide things for both of them. A HUGE let down by Saurabh which was also instrumental in Dev-Sona's separation.

3. Dev was aware of Sona's company as it came across as. So Sona has informed him about the start-up. So ideally after investing in HER company, as a husband he should have informed Sona. Did he ? Anyways, we can give this guy a benefit of doubt here considering anyone would assume 1 owner of the company would always consult the other owner for everything.

4. Except for going behind her sister's back, Saurabh had no other role in anywhere - Pregnancy Lies, Infertility Secrets, Pushing wife to Infertility Treatment like an inhuman bot, Slapping his father-in-law, asking wife to 'get out' and eventually the hurtful words... All credits go to Dev on this.

We are forgetting onething the investor is same partner's husband. If her husband is saying not to tall her. Why would Saurav go against his own brother in law. Moreover, he told everyone when he heard his family was bashing Dev over fertility issue.

Dev himself has refused Saurav to tell Sona, so now it was Dev's duty to tell her

I completely agree with you here! He has always fulfilled all of his duties as a brother, son and brother in law towards Dev. Apart from Asha and Sona, he is the only other sane person in the Bose family. He has taken his steps logically and despite all that has happened and all of the anger he has for Dev he has approached things like a mature man. If that was Dev in regards to his sister (Neha) it is all about destroying the other person (Ranveer) but no he has taken smart moves by helping his sister and finally achieving the success and respect he has always wanted.
You are right Saurabh never approached or asked Dev for help. Dev decided to poke his nose into everything. He still hasn't learnt from his mistakes because he is still interfering in Sona's life despite their separation.

Actually, if you think about it, Saurabh's anger is even more justified than Sona's in some respects. Saurabh was always in Dev's corner, and his explicit voice of support in the Bose household. Even when Sona herself was angry with Dev, Saurabh always reminded everyone that Dev was a good person with good intentions. While Sona chose not to tell Dev about the new business, Saurabh trusted that him and took his investment. I agree that it was wrong on Saurabh's part not to tell Sona about taking it, but he was probably that desperate to show that he wasn't totally incompetent. And even when Vicky came and kicked them out of the house, Saurabh was the first one to come to Dev's defense.

But as far as he knows, Dev broke his sister's heart, signed the prenup, and confessed that he did indeed buy out their mortgage, totally breaking that implicit trust. As a result, he and Sona have toiled for the past 7 years, and the first thing he sees on coming back to Delhi is Dev's pompous interview. He doesn't have any context for the tashan that's been going on between Dev and Sona, and he probably thinks Dev is going out of his way to irritate her. He has absolutely no reason to give Dev the benefit of doubt, and his reaction is totally justified.

No way I am absolving Dev of his mistakes. In all my posts regarding break up, I maintained it was Dev nature of lying, hiding things, his silence are root causes for separation. Since this post is about Saurav, I writing only in that context, nothing else.
