i think Ganga has an incline but Bani nor mausi have told Ganga about her sister and brother....

When Bani was at little angels Ganga saw Bani cry and she started crying too.. so.. maybe she does know a little bit..

if she did know i think they would show her with them everyday tlkin to hem about her day but nothing like that has happened so im guessing she doesnt know

* Bani finds out shes preggers

coz rememba dat episode wer Maasi scolded & cursed Jai coz he didnt let Bani c da samadhi of da kids.... den later after visitin wen Bani was cryin on her way back home, Maasi told her to rub off her tears & act normal or else wht will dey tell Ganga Y Bani's cryin..... 😭

soooo am sure Ganga doesnt know abt Atharva & Krishna.... 😭

I think she should know as well they may be dead but in jai etc memory still alive and should be so she should be told anyways since they are her brother and sister
