The Bachelor(ette) parties were amazing to watch!
1. Zor se bolo - Jai Mata Di
Aditya's plans for a scandalous bachelor party for Kartik went down the drain when the 'Bachelor' party was raided by the YRKKH oldies. The ladies were shocked at the hunter walli ladkiyaan and the kamzor chatt. š Oh, Bhabhi Maa and Bua Dadi, you guys have never ben cuter!
That grin on Kartik's face totally ready to party himself senseless transforming into a look of utter disbelief when he saw the set up for his so-called party. Poor Kartik, just your luck to get dragged into this. Kartik+Naksh - doing the Mata dance! LOVED IT!!!
2. Truth or Dare
Mishti's honest confession about her complexes, Kirti's discomfort on being asked about her relationship - I really loved these parts. Especially, Mishti's - indicative of an issue not forgotten.
And of course, Naira's dare to see what the boys are up to. Haha, well, at least that got the boys out!
3. Naitik + Manish
I loved Naksh's dialogues - about finally seeing his father smile without a care after their mother's passing. It was so heartwarming.
These two were the unlikeliest contributors to the laughter session that was this week - 'Killed it, bro' HAHAHA
Also, finally a break in the ice for Kartik and Manish, even though you deny it K, you did it for your father too.
4. Ice can be hot too
Oh man, such feels in that scene. Left me wanting more. And that goodbye scene, K&N, you guys š³
5. The tiny Kirti - Naksh scenes
Kirti Naksh have a lot to overcome. Her failed marriage with a philandering and abusive (at least, mentally) husband and his past tragedies with women. I'm looking forward to watching these two. Their sangeet performance plus today's little run-in - See, it's not romantic or crossing a line in any way, but it's demonstrative of what the two can be and I'm excited for their relationship. Plus Naksh has really grown on me. Love the subtle build up.
Special Mention:
Naksh+Naitik+Naira scene. It was so nice seeing the two kids trying to help their father with the hangover and mock him for the kartoote he did last night. The thing that I loved the most - that it was just the three of them (in on it and even physically).
This week was not just about comedic relief after disasters in the past ceremonies. It did further the plot, K&M had a moment, Naitik's starting to move on in a healthy direction, Naksh and Kartik are bonding wonderfully, Aditya's creepy intentions were shown (which I choose to ignore for the sake of this post). It was quite a satisfying week. š
