I've seen that show and her character's name is Keeya. She wears a 'K' pendant. 😉

Even in today's episode, Karan again said "Pyar Ishq Mohabbat", I think he keeps saying that to remind himself "i love Shraddha not Shilpa" 😆

Just Kidding, but he is really being a good boyfriend by promoting her show like this 😊 surprisingly Star people too are not objecting to it, since it is a ZEE show
