I felt that the most emotional was Dev going to Ishwari's room and covering her.. he was internally in turmoil for showing disrespect to his mother.. again, this is only from a stand alone episode point of view and devoid of any consideration for Ishwari and her hand in wrecking Dev's life.

I liked all your options. But the one I loved most was Sona's expression after seeing Dev injured. She says she is over him and hates him and what not. But her expression at that moment spoke volumes. You don't feel that deeply for someone you hates or a stranger. It doesn't matter if they are together or not but they want each other to be safe and sound and happy. Isn't that what we feel when we love someone selflessly?
