I hope so because Ms. Gul has a very twisted sense of humor when it comes to marriage. In QH she had Zoya marry Aayan and the whole thing was a mess from there on
With Om very clearly calling Annika 'Bhabhi' I have hope that it might not happen here. That is one of the reasons I was so happy he went form Annika to Bhabhi
