After today's episode, I'm sure Shivaay knows. Also in the OLV, there's a scene where Rudra and Shivaay look at each other and look back at Anika. It's a blink-and-you-miss-it scene but it makes me feel like it's a comedic touch - which insinuates that it's all a plan.
