I had written this post a while now but having read about the new promo, I feel so disappointed...

As usual, I have been quite concerned about the future of KS without Bani.... and I have this idea.

Jai Walia's character has been butchered for the whole of this year. We wanted the return of our old Jai but we were disappointed as usual....

He has previously been emasculated and has now become a bitter recluse whose mental capacity is questionable... he has now become the puppet of Jigs whose nagging continues unabated until it makes one feel nauseous.

Jai had the potential to be the best husband ever but he was never given the opportunity... the creatives literally blew it.

However, with this looming crisis involving Prachi's exit, I suggest that she is given a break to pursue her dreams by lessening her work schedule,

we still get to see her periodically by perhaps having a stock of scenes with her....In the meantime, Jai comes to know that Ganga is his...and in his determination to 'ruin' Bani, he can as usual rant and rave, threaten legal action and put Bani in a difficult position...

Bani desperately wants the best for Ganga but cannot afford...

She recognizes that Meera is now Jai's wife... is hurt and more defeated but also knows from past experience that Meera does care for Ganga, so she can disappear after giving up Ganga....

Ganga has the ability to portray a role in which she is subjected to hurt, insults etc.just like Bani was but she is a fighter.

We can see Ganga become the darling of her dad gradually as she melts his stone /heart...She can then mete out justice to Jigs and Karuna in her innocent way...give them as good as she gets... and we can see Ram at his best... depicting every emotion from sadness, hurt, anger, grief, remorse, bitterness, longing, helplessness ......

Meera can redeem herself by being Ganga's support and help Jai and Bani resolve their differences and we can then learn that she was grateful that Jai helped her get over her loss of the first husband and she can fall in love with Daksh!

Jai in the meantime can keep us mesmerized as he builds his relationship with Ganga...he is good with children.

He can learn the truth and try desperately to find Bani his only true love...We can see Prachi periodically, being right there but always missing seeing Jai.... That should give Prachi some time and ease our minds for a few months.

By that time, if Bani is still to be written off, Jai can be reunited with her and KS can end on a highnote.... we will be weaned off the show gradually and will not suffer withdrawal symptoms... you know, we are after all addicts!

Way too much to hope for. We are looking for logic and hope from a band of people who either don't believe in hope or don't care about it. As for logic, as of Oct 3, 2006, the word doesn't exist in KS's production.

What you are talking about would make sense, so it won't happen. Besides, you forget in BT/Ekta's mind, without ONS, rape, bigamy, incest, abuse, shows can't run or be successful. They've destroyed their own creation and don't even care about it.

RK can carry any show on his shoulder quite easily, but the creatives only believe that grossness is what makes their world go around. A sweet story like you describe is way beyond their imagination because you are depicting life, and to them life is nothing but grossness where its alway evil that wins over and over again, where life's grossness is what makes the world go round.

Having readabout the new promo I am more disgusted than ever....
I always hoped that the so called creatives would have set the scene so that Jai would have wanted Ganga at all costs....
It was an ideal opportunity for them to give Bani the opportunity to get her time off... Jai could have found out about Ganga and decide that she was hers and punish Bani by taking her away.
WE would have wailed and ranted, but we would have understood since it would have shown that Jai is still capable of loving someone...
There is so much possibilities...
The worst thing that can happen in a child's life would be to believe that a parent does not want her.... That hurt would NEVER go away and Jai will never get the opportunity to redeem himself!

We should learn that we cannot expect anything good from Ekta at all
