I know I said I didn't care but I had to mention ...

What was the need for the phone call at that specific moment why couldn't it be before or after ...

Why did vv need to stop and console R when she herself was in immense pain...

And why did she need to really get into it only after ravish gave her let's call it "a pep talk" ...

Where the cvs again trying to show R giving his "w*fe" permission to cry for Atharva ??? 😕

thank you... I feel their plan backfired on them as wish explained so they are trying plan B

I was neutral to him when I started watching this show like a few others here but the whole hitting Atharv thing just did it for me I just knew then that I am never really going to buy the bromance they are going to show us!

girl you and many others , lost interest in him , after the hitting of atharva , and it was even more frustrating with all the excuses that cam up for him ...

TBH I felt that his whole introductory scene that was shot in Mahabaleshwar (I guess) was well done and I genuinely was looking forward to getting to know this character, however I never really could connect to his character.

I was literally giving him the benefit of the doubt all for the fact that , he would help in re-uniting vitharv ... I try to connect but something happens that makes me take a step back and ask is this guy really suppose to be the flawless hero everyone keeps going on about ??..😕

People think that Vividha is the pendulum of phase 2 but I think Ravish is a even bigger one that swings with a greater frequency!

never looked at it in this manner...

Yesterday's episode itself is a clear example isn't it? One minute he is reassuring Vividha that her love wouldn't let anything happen to Atharv and the next minute he asks her question that puts her in a spot? Like what is he expecting to hear?

that's the problem , shouldn't a friend pray for a friend ??

And each time he has suspected Atharva it has come across as baseless because even if he thought that it was Atharv who was misbehaving with Vividha then shouldn't he have come clear to her? Didn't she have the right to know what was happening to her, why and who was doing it to her?

that's why I say he is very grey , the things he doesn't do or intentionally does. Makes his chracter had to digest

But no he was keen on keeping secrets even when he thought that it could be the reason why his wife was in distress!

a good honest person to the core wouldn't do this , but apparently its all vv's fault..m

I don't really connect with him feeling worried or distressed for Atharv because of the same reason. I could feel connected to Suman's guilt but not his, because the next minute he was trying to see if his brother's love was feeling for him, I mean who would do that? This why I find his love for Atharv too shallow!

I completely see it from where you are coming from ... But the point is sometimes I feel he really does care and I hang on to that believe , but the little things he does just rubs off the wrong way ... Like the question...

Which is why even though CVs had Atharv repeat about his greatness every alternate second I am not buying their crap!

no one iss buying it , it just seems forced as of now ...

To the TM, as a writer I was glad to see someone understanding show and tell.
However, I also know indian writers, especially those in the TV industry play fast and loose with writing techniques because they are using the visual medium to tell a story. Majority of the time they have to sustain viewer interest and this is where the techniques get thrown out the window.

The number of times I had screamed at the screen when I see more tell than show, characters behaving in the most unlikely way, the conflict changing from one thing to another and even the theme wavering to finally death a silent death.

I'm still undecided about JNDSD, mainly because so far the theme and the characterisation seems intact and even the story Q so far seem to be the same. However when Ravish was introduced I knew this was playing into the audience for viewer longevity.

Ravish cannot be the bad guy, simply to make sure this doesn't become the run of the mill kinda show. In fact the conflict gets more amped up if viewers think V is undecisive about the 2 guys in her life. More conflict is added because they also happen to be brothers.

We will now see scenes where V is see-sawing between A and R. Not nice, but it makes viewers stay glued to screen. We feel Vitharv's pain and uncertainty. Much as I hate to say it, popularity also plays a part.

It's all in the name of show business.
