Hey Ann ❤️I may be wrong, but it looked like the mid point of the scene (the OLV) . I think Annika was leaving, after being reminded by Pinky of her promise. And Rudra stopped her, after which Shivaay arrived, taking her hand to go back inside.
I felt that as well. It looked like Shivvay demanded and forced her to come home with him from the hospital, while she was probably staying true to the promise she gave Pinky.
She is not one to go back on her promises, even Shivvay knows that, so it would have been some real heavy ammunition he would have used to make her do that.
I truly hope he said something like your wedding vows to me hold greater meaning than your promise to my mother... that would be Dadi's dialogue of his promise to Tia v/s his Vow to Annika will be repeated by HIM, which would at least give HER a slight indication that this marriage means something to him.😊
She does look like she is hesitating at the door and Rudy is standing there blocking her exit or offering to be her shield by standing in front of her (this guy gets any cuter I will got to the sets an d pull his cheeks).
I think Shivvay was already half way in by then though. But the fact that he held her hand and brought her in was enough for me 😛
I felt a little annoyed that she's so clingy to him, when he gave her nothing to hang on to.
At this point I don't think she is clingy... she was though in the beginning and I admit it was getting annoying then. But after he held her hand while Pinky was throwing her out that whole dynamic changed. It is he who is clingy now, not her - her like a baby with his favorite blanket being torn away from him ... lol😆
I think he has given her the status of wife in his heart and his Family already for whatever time period that they are married becuz unfortunately he has the phone waving Mrs.K breathing down his neck right now and is unsure how this is going to end. The fact that he did not sign has already indicated that he takes the marriage and her status as his wife dead seriously. What is left to be seen is where it stands when compared to the NKK in his life.
Nobody really gave her a place in the house, except Rudra and Om. Shivaay himself has been going back and forth non-committally.
Actually everyone from Shakti (smiling so benevolently during the Lohri) to Rudy, everyone has given her the status of a DIL except for Pinky. Even Jhanvi stands up for her, while Tej never has a rude word or snide remark made at her.
Shivvay has very openly started asserting her position as his lawful wife for whatever time period she remains as such becuz of the divorce that might happen. He has stopped Pinky from throwing her out and has even forced Annika , against her wish to celebrate Lohri with him. I did not appreciate his manhandling part but his heart was in the right place as there was no chance in hell this man was giving his wife's rightful place beside him at the puja to Tia.
That is what I love about Shivvay. It is all about propriety for him, no matter at what cost. When he was engaged to Tia he never crossed his limits with Annika, even with all the attraction he felt for her because that would be cheating on Tia. Similarly, Annika is his lawful wife and he would not even imagine in his wildest dream or even in the most intoxicated state to ever give her place to another woman. I truly admire that in a man.
Right now I will give him the benefit of doubt when it comes to his hesitation to announce her as his wife in public because of Mrs. K and Tia. His real test will come post that and I think during his award function.
I can imagine how torn apart she is. Pinky's eye opening words should have made her angry. Why stay when you're being demeaned all the time no matter what you do?
Right now it is only Pinky who demeans her but if Shivvay has not used a solid argument to bring her back and she has done so without much coercion then yes she might regret it if Shivvay flips again.
I wished that spoiler of Shivaay keeping her out for her safety was true. But alas.
Look at it in OmRu's perspective. They have seen the strange connection between the two from the start. Now, they see Bhabhi devastated when Bhaiya is hurt, she was beside herself worrying. Her love is in the open, no doubt. Now, we need to see them observe Shivaay when he finally wakes up, asking for her.
I think he does and they tell him why she is not at his bedside when he woke up. I can see Shivvay opening his eyes and the first face he scans the room for is hers. I can see him getting worried and worked up that she is out there somewhere while there is a sniper out there with her as his target. I can see how he is going to rant and roar that he demands she be in here with him.
But I think we are going to get an equally adamant Pinky who is going to use the 'mara hua muah' ace card on him. He is not going to fight her then becuz he is probably weak and will leave it for later but he asks OmRu to find her and bring her to him. Cutie Devars both 😊
The way he opened his hand and reached out towards her was indication enough for all to see how much she means to him. I think the brothers have know for a long time now that he truly loves her. They and the rest of the Family already know what Shivvay has not realized yet.
That he is in love - that is what we need to see. His realization

Pinky has asked them to keep her away and Shivvay probably demands to see her. Take a wild guess who they will chose to listen to ...lol

I don't think so. Her few minutes were before she left the hospital the day she brought him back to life and ran back. If she had known she was under the bed it would have been WW3 in there ...lol
Shivaay will still hide it, judging by the secret hand clasp by the bed. It will be obvious to OmRu, because they knows him best. Everything and the kitchen sink has been thrown at them both, and Shivaay still holds her hand and keeps her, loyally. He doesn't even go near Tia anymore. Action wise, he is Annika's husband.
He is a loyal and ideal husband but don't forget the most important fact that he is madly and totally in love as well. When he was engaged to Tia he never cheated but he was never ever the way he is with Annika. That was done out of sheer duty not love, Here it is more love than duty. I can imagine what he is going to feel if Tia ever tries the seducing move on him again in the future ...lol He is probably going to take a dozen showers to get that feeling off. 😆
The Shivaay I love, would hate that Annika had to hide under the bed like that. Annika is not something to be ashamed of, dammit!😡
Shivvay has calmed down a lot since the past few days, I have noticed, because of the friction between Pinky and Annika. I think he was being his usual self - not bothering to fight with Pinky or address the situation in pubic to avoid a scene. He had probably heard of what she had done to Annika and wanted to keep it quiet to handle it his way. You have to give the man a break - he is recovering from surgery and is too weak to fight his mother right now ...lol
I don't think he will say anything until the 6 month time is up. Or if someone finds out he never filed for divorce.
I think he will but it will be a situation where either he says that or loses Annika for good. The divorce papers will be used as being legally married to her and hence her legal husband with all rights that come with it. I think we will get a brief separation track but with her staying temporary at her maternal house and the usual nok-jhok which will end with the remarriage.
