Let me explain.

So you see the person you love has moved on enough to be held by another man, R's hand was touching Vividha's bare skin (that's a big deal actually, to me anyway, I wouldn't let another man touch me like that, not even a friend), she's moved on enough to go to a party and dance romantically with him, she's moved on enough to move into his house, to a new place, moved on enough to move into his room, moved on enough to marry him. So why wouldn't she move on enough to consummate her marriage? Or was Atharva meant to believe that even though she's moved on she will forever remain a virgin because she had loved him? I'm so confused by this.

And please tell me how is that degrading her character? How is it wrong for a woman to sleep with her husband? That's not wrong. He thought she had consummated her marriage, what's wrong in that? He was hurt thinking she had but I don't think he was saying anything about her character.

Now this isn't me defending Atharva, this is me explaining why I couldn't get offended on behalf of a woman. I get he shouldn't have spoken to her like that, but I didn't think what he meant was actually so wrong.

And I might be cynical, or not so romantic etc, but I just don't think it's at all realistic for you to find out that the love of your life has moved on to marry someone else, and not think that they have consummated their marriage, especially when you see all their stuff in the other persons room. If someone can marry someone else, why wouldn't they consummate that marriage.

And just for the record, I was never someone that thought Ravish couldn't question Vividha. I so wanted Vividha to tell Ravish the truth and not allow him to think that this was a normal marriage for her. Right from the start I thought Vividha should've been honest with Ravish, and made posts on this too. I can never support hiding things or lying to people especially when it could really really hurt them. Vividha hurt Ravish by hiding things, but look now Ravish still thought best for her was to hide things from Atharva.

Whatever the case, in both situations I thought Vividha should've been honest.
