I am new to this forum have written in one other forumThe title of this show is a fascinating one. It is just not Swabhimaan but a Shringaar Swabhimaan
It is interesting that they have used the additional word in here. Swabhimaan by itself is self respect but sometimes there is a very thin line between Self Respect and Ego.
When Self respect is not driven by Ego it is beautiful
I think the makers have just set the stage now
Meghna and Naina - Two beautiful girls, strong , independent and absolutely adore their mother .
Sharda a mother who is teaching hr daughters that Swabhimaan is important in life
Now comes the interpretation of it by Meghna she wants to uphold her mothers self respect no matter what, listens to what she is saying, following it but not understanding the real meaning yet
Naina loves her mother wants to hold her Mothers Swabhimaan she does it by not blindly following her mothers words but giving it thought and putting it into action
Enter two other characters
Kunal who seems sorted, seems to love Meghna..but his Dad is a very powerful influence on him
Karan- Almost seems like a neglected child , he seems to not have a very good relationship with his Dad..but his actions speak louder than words
What happens when Meghna whose mothers swabhimaan is the most important comes in contact with Kunal whose Dad's words seem more important?. And Karan who believes in action speaks louder than words comes together with Naina who believes in action upholding her Mothers Swabhimaan remains to be seen.
