Did Sujata and Suman swap personalities today?

No actually scratch that. Has Sujata had a personality transplant? Because from being the most wonderful, loving mother in phase one, we now have a mother who I completely don't recognise!

Let's just talk about Atharv Sujata.

For the past few days Atharv knew that something was not quite right but he just couldn't seem to put his finger on it. And Vividha knew that the only thing Atharv would accept was the truth. But she not only told him, she showed him a video of baby Atharv which shocked Atharv. He was completely shaken. When he saw the date on the newspaper his hurt, his pain, his anger all exploded in a loud roar as he realised he had lost three months of his life which he couldn't even remember. And the first thing he did, was to reassure the two women he loved the most. He went straight to his mother and asked if she was okay and then went to hold Vividha because she is the only one who can take away his pain.

But his questions were still not finished, he wanted to know more. And when Sujata tried to explain, he raised his hand to stop his mother, not because she is unimportant to him or he disrespects her but because Atharv knew that if she had to lie to stop Atharv from getting hurt she would. Like she did when she lied to him about meeting his father. So he asked the one person who he always turned to. The one person who knew how much he hated lies. He asked Vivi to look into his eyes and tell him the truth.

And Viv did the one thing that Atharv hates. With her eyes bowing down in shame, she lied.

That was not easy for Vividha to do. She knew in her heart that she was wrong and that it would tear Atharv apart when he found out, but she kept up Sujata's lie about why they were still in Delhi.

I actually don't know what to write about Sujata. I'm speechless. Sujata has seen Vividha's desperate love for Atharv. She's miraculously forgotten how Vivi brought him back to life. How she cared for him and looked after him when he was baby Atharv, not giving up hope on him. Yet today, she accused Vividha of gambling with her son's life and asked her who gave her the right? And then she accused Vivi of feeling guilty because she married someone else.

At that moment I think I just wanted to scream at Sujata and ask her who she was? Because this was not the woman who I loved and adored. This woman was a selfish, unforgiving woman who suddenly had more love for the Vashishts then Vividha whom she had known and loved since she was a little girl.

And then we have Suman, who has done a 180 degree turn the other way. The woman who hated baby Atharv is telling Atharv Sujata that she had a relationship with him through Sujata's pain. By this time I was like, 'what the heck is going on!' I thought I was watching 'Yeh rishta kya kehlata hai' for a second!!

But Atharv Sujata is just something else. He went and made Suman his mother too. So now he has three...Sujata, Suman and Uma, and at the moment I like Suman the best!! Yep, I've lost it!

The pre-cap is explosive. Atharv finds out Vivi is married to Ravish. And it's scary!

How I've missed Vikram as Atharv Sujata. Today he blew me away with his amazing talent. I felt every single bit of his pain and frustration. And I know tomorrow he is going to make me cry.

That moment when Atharv cups Vividha's face and questions her was so intense. She couldn't lie to him so she never said it looking in to his eyes. They're such an intense couple! How I've missed seeing Vikram like this.

Sujata is AWFUL! She has seen what Vividha has been through yet she has the audacity to say that Vividha gambled with Atharv's life? Your son is alive right now because of Vividha! You wouldn't have been able to do anything if it wasn't for her. Disgusting!

I think i have calmed down a bit from my initial explosion after the episode so hopefully i can write some sane thoughts.

1. Sujata - i lost respect for her the day when she said 'You will pay for all your actions Vividha Kashyap' and when she slapped Vividha. With time she is just proving that my hate that started for her was logical and reasonable. I don't think she will ever be able to redeem herself, no matter what she does. Even if she bends over backwards she will still be responsible for playing Vividha like a Kathputli. What a shame to the name of women! This woman just makes me cringe.

The (not so)Creatives have successfully managed to ruin such a stunning character to have reduced her mere shreds.

2. My twitter is witness that i was extremely mad at Vividha for two reasons:
Firstly she has got to stop looking over to her namesake husband every time Atharv comes close to her. She has made it clear time and again that she belongs to him only - then why is it important for her to be on a guilt trip every second of her life. Her conscious is clear that she belongs to Athav, then why this reaction?

Secondly - what you wrote - Atharv went to HER for the truth because he knew SHE will tell him the truth. He looked her right in the eyes and asked her. the TRUST he had in her at that moment would have shaken anyone. I was 100% sure vivdha will tell him the truth but she lies! though she couldn't look him in the eyes because she knew she was lying - but the truth of the matter is she lied! At this point i LOST it. For the sake of drama the CV ruined an extremely aspect of Vividha's character, her strength to tell the truth no matter what. She betrayed Atharv's trust and NO it was not for his good. This will not do any good to him nor to their relationship.

I absolutely love Vividha and i feel extremely bad for her at this point in time. She's in an extremely difficult position, but she has her man with her now. What is she afraid of? He's more than capable of handling Everything.

3. Atharv - actually instead of Atharv I just want to applaud Vikram - what a path breaking actor. Such intensity, and the anger, the passion - this man gives me shivers. Atharv's character is pure perfection. SIMPLY unreal! We need men like him for all the women who have been polluted by the mindset of the likes of SuSu and KK.

Atharv is the milestone! Period.

I hope I am not sounding too negative - I tried to be as calm as I possible can at this point. At the end of the day it's just a show :P and to make things loud and clear - I look up to Vividha, and when we idealize someone, their slightest faults make us mad - does not mean I do not love her. She still holds that highest place in my heart! I love Vividha Atharv Sujata! (cuz I dun want ppl thinking this is a hate Vividha post and see it as an opportunity to bash her)

P.S - Meanwhile all this drama is going on, there's one person there acting clueless - no points for guessing! 🥱

I loved Atharv Sujata today..how we missed him! That roar was so painful. And the first thing he does is go to his mother and the woman he loves. The way he hugged Vividha and then cupping her face and asking her to tell her the truth..so intense! And Vividha couldn't look him in the eyes. I admire this girl. Tomorrow is going to be difficult for her. The next moment I totally loved was the one between Suman and Atharv.😳 This guy can make anyone his own!! He gave her the position of a mother and she was happily surprised about it. And the trio getting a pic clicked together.😳 Sujata.😡 How could she speak so to Vividha? She needs to be redeemed! Hopefully Atharv does that.

And the precap..Scary!! Waiting to watch how Vividha handles him.

I have no clue what I am gonna say makes even some sense here

I didnt like suman even today I donno how u all liked and Atharva is a charmer he can make all ladies fall for him in all different ways but I think suman got scared of him. Shes never seen real Atharva, apne pe aagay toh us bichari ko ghar nahin milega rehne ke liye😆

Sujata is becoming foolish by the day, while back I promised tanu and Soumu that I am.not defending her anytime now but after rewatching I noticed one thing that when Vividha told her that of all the people she should not say these words to her and she could have taken all those words from whole world. Right there Sujata had tears and she very well in her mind and heart knows, Vitharv can never stay apart, she just wants to delay her sons breakdown knowingly and forgetting that he will anyways and it will hurt him too.

Days are back where I have no words for Vikram as Atharva. Anything seems so less to appreciate him.

This man is confuse at first that how he lost 3 months, how can be change, he couldnt believe looking at video questioning "what the hell am I doing" he just lost it. He took the paper, prepared himself so much to even look att he date to believe his eyes and ears that all this is true.

He roared and everyone saw Atharva Sujata. The silence after that heart breaking. All he could thought was if his roared afftected 2 ppl and all this while he had these 2ppl were there for him is all mattered to him

Suman and Ravish left the family alone to deal wite situation as its their and only theirs to speak and console.

Haha when he said kuch nahin hua khali time waste hua hai, Some one in twitter mentioned that as if he said that for entire PHASE 2.

He asked Sujata but hugged Vivi only she can give him that solace.. he heard sujata saying to vivi to hide and not reveal so he asked her to see him in eyes and spit out the truth to him.

Of course she didnt look at him in the eye but what she said was truth except or revealing the fact that its RKs house.

I loved his reaction when Ada asked him to come and play, he happily went along with her to play, that's Atharva Sujata.

Precap is breaking my heart since it's been release by Mehul and its on loop along with my tears too...

I am still not sure if he is coming to know about V fam truth too, as well as guddis too in Vitharv Convo, because i m just a bit not sure if VASHISHT surname will click him, though he knows the name of his father.

Episodes have become so brilliant that I have to repeat everyday. Can 5.30 come already? We are heading towards the most emotional epiaodes of this phase 3. And Atharva is not going to spare even an inch of Kailash Kashyap knowing what all he made Vividha go through.

P.S. Now that I have again give sujata a benefit of doubt, when the whole truth is out tomorrow anyways I still expect her to make atharva know what all vividha has done and how she has taken stand for him and his love all these 3 months. ... But but after Vitharv confrontation alone. WE DONT WANT ANY HADDIS THERE ...NO ONE MEANS ABSOLUTELY NO ONE, MAKERS SHALL NOT EVEN TRY TO MAKE US SHOW ANYONES PRESENCE THERE.

Brilliant review & you have written it very well.👍🏼 Vikram Singh Chauhan is phenomenal & nailed down with his performance in these deeply intensed scene. He makes you felt his pain. I have fallen shorten of words to appreciate his work. He is Perfect!👏

I love Atharav Sujata we miss him soo much. He was confused on hearing that this head injury completely changed him & he couldn't believe how can he changed. He looked at his video of baby atharav & completely shocked what was he doing & when he see newspaper date his pain , frustration & anger resides him comes out in the form of roars for losing three months of his life.

And the very first thing he reassured that his life two important women which he loves more Sujatha & Vividha & hugged them & calmy says " time is wasted & nothing happened. But he still joining the missing dots that why he is here not in his home.

He only wanted to know the truth & rely on one person who never lies to him his Vividha. But this doesn't that he disrespect Sujatha but he knows being a mother she can lie to him because of his health. The way he cupped Vividha face with is hand & just ask him to look into my eyes & tell me the truth was so intense! & Vivi couldn't have the courage to tell him lie she just bow down his eyes & lie to him. But i think Vivi don't lie to him she righty said why he is in delhi as we all know Ravish brought Atharav for his treatment. But when Atharav figured out this that she tells half truth he will heartbroken. I have never seen intense couple like Vitharav

Sujatha she is disgusting & not remain phase 1 Sujata whom we adores for his selfrespect but knows she sounds more as Sujatha Vashisht 😕. How she questions Vividha that why she is playing with his son life & who have given the right to take decisions for him & having guilt for marrying with somone. Does she forget that how she cares & love baby Atharav keeping her pain beside & how madly she still loves her son & how much in pain to tell Atharav that she is married. She pathetic😡.

Suman is like girgit to change her color, the lady who hate baby Atharav core from his heart & called him infection now have guilt & want Atharav to remain in this house because she has relationship of pain with his mother. Atharav has a quality he owns heart easily. He thinks he is lucky in case of mothers.Now he had three mothers Sujata, Uma & Suman. But when he came to know about that these three ladies was against Vividha & don't want her to break marriage.

Now Vashisht will have to see the real side of Atharav Sujata a man with unique thoughts & selfrespect & great feminist.

Ravish will get the answer why Vivi loves Atharav more.

Precap is going to be more intense & heartbreaking to see Atharav heartbroken & in pain that Vividha is married to Ravish.😭 😭

PS How Vividha will handle angry Atharav. Her pain are not coming to an end.😭

ViTharv are the only couple that can make my heart skip a beat. I think it's just the way they look at each other. I said this in the AT too, but Atharv cupping Vivi's face was sexy and intense at the same time.

And there was no way Vivi was going to look into his eyes and lie because he can read her like a book.

Sujata has astounded me. I really hope Atharv finds out how she has been guilt tripping Vivi all these months.

whispa when he realises that how much time he lost, he just checks and reassures himself that he has not lost his 'pariwar' i.e., sujatha & vividha little did he know what precious thing he lost. and his questioning, reasoning, connecting the dots... just awesome. and whispa when atharv asks vividha to tell the truth about him being brought to Delhi i feel she didn't lie. coz, ravish did bring him to his home only for the treatment and once he is alright, further course of action (like giving them the vashist name and all) be taken. but eventually vitharv truth opens before him and he promises to get them married blah blah...

oh sujatha.. only few days back she was pleading comatose atharv to come back to life for vivdha's sake and now very conveniently changing the colors. i liked vividha when she subtly yet clearly said that at least she shouldn't be saying this of all the people in the world. but her guilt tripping Vv had turned into that road block now that even if she wish also, she cannot reveal the truth of her marriage to atharv resulting in to his misunderstanding.

and the vashists' are now getting to know who real Atharv Sujatha is. those glimpses of him during mental illness has never gave them an idea of who he is. they might have thought that it too is part of his 'paagal pan'. and suman is the only one who is clever, immediately jumped to atharv's party. and suji is so happy with her forgetting the fact that this is the lady who called him infection. but what sets atharv sujatha apart moment is, after listening to suman's reasoning he immediately adopted her as his mother, what ravish couldn't do all these months with sujatha. but yes whispa i second with you. i actually liked suman today over suji.

tomorrow is scaring me...

Whispa, you must bear with me as my comments are based, not on the episode as such, but what little I have read here and there, on and off today as I logged in at various points.

I have seen so many posts criticising Sujatha and to be honest, I am not a huge fan at all. However, I'd like to try and look at it a little differently and a little dispassionately.

The GREATEST fear that haunts a parent is that of loosing their child. It is also the most irrational of all the fears in a parents mind. And the most logical and rational of human beings becomes putty in the hands of fear when it comes to their child. And those parents that have actually gone through the pain of having lost a child either to death or otherwise - there are no words in the english dictionary to adequately explain the pain, the guilt, and the constant battle between the need to be alive and desire to be dead. You stop living but are still alive. You smile but you are actually not smiling. You say you are ok, but you are not - life becomes a series of sad contradictions.

Sujata has seen her son physically hurt many a time because of his love for Vividha. And yet, she reconciled happily to their relationship. And then, she almost lost him to death twice, once actually having gone through the death ritual too. That must have pierced her soul if nothing else. She probably died during that ritual and then every minute ever since. Until he came back from the dead she was/is racked with guilt. However, now that he is back fit and supposedly fine, she just wants to ensure in her own weak spirited way, that he is ok and remains ok- because she cannot, will not go through that pain.

Sujata and Atharv have always been there for each other. Neither knows what it is like to have a family. So neither knows how to handle other people as a family. Sujata is letting herself be led by this so called family without asking any questions. Her motive is only to ensure that Atharv is ok. Now, in the past, she has supported Vividha, but that has had nasty outcomes and near death twice. However, where in the past Atharv was able to explain to her on the odd occasion she doubted the relationship (just as she was there to explain to him), he is no position to do so right now, just as she is in no position to turn into counsel for Vividha.

Vividha is sadly on her own and will have to find her way. Sujata is too confused right now and unable to comprehend the situation. So she places blame on the first person she can actually blame. Sujata can revert to being the earlier sujata only when her son is truly fine and truly happy. And we all know that is when he gets back with Vividha in the same equation they shared earlier - as equals in everything. Sujata's mental strength is Atharv when is happy and fit. She falls weak when she sees a threat of any kind around Atharv.

Edited to add- sujata is a weak woman with a weak spirit. She was in the past and continues to be so there is no lack of consistency in her character. She easily believed Kailash, thinking he was magnanimous when he was actually being cunning. In the same vein, she now does whatever Suman (or Ravish) asserts is the right thing to do. Earlier, Atharv had to snap her out of her delusion and he will have to do so again now.

First of all don't ever apologise for writing what you feel on this review thread. Trust me, we've had worse rantings against Vivi but I know at the end of the day everyone still loves her. And the nice thing about all the ViTharv fans is that they respect each others opinions. So if you ever need to rant, just go ahead,

Let me take your poits one by one.

1. Sujata- I agree with you. She has been terrible during the whole of phase two but I just always thought that somehow she would be redeemed in phase three once Atharv is back. But she has not only disappointed me, but she's also shocked me with her attitude towards Vivi. And Suman is suddenly her best friend.I don't know if the cv's can ever redeem her.

2.Vivi- I think by now you know Vivi's my sweetheart and I will defend her like a wall, so let me just say that the little glance during the hug was the small 'lollipop' the makers throw in now and again for the other fandom. And to be honest, I don't think there are many more left as the truth is coming out tomorrow, so will let them have it. Oh and by the way be prepared for another 'lollipop' tomorrow when a certain sunken ship will be having a dance. Wait till the forum analyses that dance and Vivi's looks tomorrow! And no, it won't be our fandom😆

3.Vikram Singh Chauhan is the best actor on TV. Period. No one can play Atharv like he has. He has made the character so powerful and loved through his brilliant portrayal. He is one of a kind. Every other actor just pales in comparison!
