Crack Drabble: I am going to meet her

Abhi is getting ready quickly to go somewhere. Aliya sees him in his room.

Aliya: Bhai, Why are you in a hurry? Where are you going?

Abhi: To meet Pragya

Aliya: Pragya?!!! *shocked* *jaw open*

Abhi steps down the stairs and Aliya is chasing him.

Aliya: But Bhai, we have a meeting with the sponsors.

Abhi: *turns around to face Aliya* What am I going to talk with the sponsors? You handle it *continues climbing down the stairs*

Daadi sees Abhi and Aliya rushing down the stairs.

Daadi: What happened Beta?

Aliya: Bhai is not coming to the meeting. Tell him, Daadi.

Abhi: Daadi, I am going to meet Pragya.

Daadi: Pragya. Beta, you shouldn't cancel meeting

Abhi: Come-on Daadi. Pragya would be waiting for me.

Daadi: But you shouldn't meet Pragya

Abhi: *surprised* Why?

Daadi: It's not good for your health

Abhi: *surprised and confused why would his health deteriorate if he meets a receptionist*

But he still continues to walk down the MM hall

Aliya: *talks louder* Bhai, you shouldn't meet her

Abhi: Why?

Daadi: What if you start remembering her? Your brain will collapse

Abhi: *is about to open car door* I already remember her

Daadi: You got your memory back? *hugs* I know Beta that you will get your memory back soon. Your and Pragya's love will always find its way.

Abhi: *thinks* Love? My and Pragya's love?

Aliya: Bhai, trust me. That behenji is not your type. She always brings problems to you. You were never happy with her since you married her.

Abhi: *thinks* Married her? *utterly confused* *thinks he shouldn't waste time* *quickly drives his car to meet Pragya*

Abhi: *thinks* What has happened in these 2 years? I am married? But why didn't anyone tell me? Pragya is my wife? But why is she working as a receptionist? Why is she not in my home? Why didn't anyone introduce her to me? Why didn't she tell me she is my wife when I talked to her the previous day? Why did she just introduce herself as my fan? *stops the car and takes his phone*

Pragya is seeing Abhi's poster and is talking to it oops him *whispering*

Abhi comes to the company and sees her at the reception.

Abhi: Who are you?

Pragya: *in a dream land* Your Fuggy?

Abhi: Fuggy? *confused but the word 'Fuggy' seems familiar to him* What are you doing here?

Pragya: Seeing you *lost in seeing him*

Abhi: *gets surprised by her behaviour* *waves hands in front of her*

Pragya: Aap... When did you come? I thought you were joking about going for a coffee but you really came?

Abhi: *looks worried* *grabs her hand and drags her from there* Come with me

Pragya: *tries to protest and reason him that she can't come from her job but all in vain*

They reach a hospital. Abhi is still holding her hand and they reach Abhi's family doctor's cabin.

Abhi: Please check her brain

Pragya: My brain?

Abhi: *looks at her face for a second* It seems she also lost her memory doctor. She doesn't remember that she is my wife.

Pragya: *shocked but tries to manage the situation* I am not your wife.

Abhi: See doctor, I told you na. Please do some scans and check whether she also has retrograde amnesia.

Pragya: Who told I am your wife? They must be lying.

Abhi: *brings his phone to her face* *shows their wedding photos and news online* Google doesn't lie.

P.S. I know Google doesn't lie is not true 😆

Crack Drabble: I am going to meet her #3

Pragya faints. Abhi sprinkles water over her face.

Pragya: *opens eyes* *caresses his face and shoulders* Nothing happened to you?

Abhi: Me? It is you who fainted.

Pragya: *shocked* Your brain, your nerves... you are really fine?

Abhi: Nerves? Now you are really behaving weird.

Pragya grabs Abhi's hand and walks to the car. Abhi follows her confused. Pragya drives the car to some other hospital.

Pragya is still holding his hand and is searching for a doctor. They spot the nurse who treated him after his accident. Nurse stops seeing Pragya and Abhi.

Pragya: I want to see him.

Nurse: Who?

Pragya: Dr. Yellow Shirt

Nurse points towards some cabin.

Pragya enters the cabin furiously while Abhi is still clueless. She storms into the room and starts searching for something and makes his table a mess.

Yellow Shirt: What are you doing?

Pragya: I am searching.

Yellow Shirt: For what?

Pragya: Your certificates?

Yellow Shirt: My certificates?

Pragya: I am an idiot. How would I get something that's not there?

Abhi: *clueless*

Pragya: You really didn't study MBBS, did you?

Yellow Shirt: *scared*

Pragya: *gives Abhi a side hug* See my husband's brain is still working even after seeing me.

Yellow Shirt rushes out of the room seeing Pragya so furious

DRABBLE: LIE

A: Hey

P: Good Morning

A: Why did you lie to me?

P: *shocked* Lie? Why would I lie to you sir?

A: Stop calling me sir.

P: Sorry sir

A: We are friends. Why do you keep calling me Sir?

P: Friends?

A: You made me coffee

P: So?

A: I helped you when you had sprained your ankle.

P: So?

A: I came to your home. Had dinner. Chatted with your family.

P: So?

A: What "So"? Aren't we friends already?

P: Yes... No.. *stumbles*

A: We are friends and that's it.

P: *nervous* So??

A: I am going to remove 'So' from your dictionary.

P: *opens mouth to say So but stops*

A: Tell me why did you lie to me

P: *gets tensed which lie is he talking about*

A: Pragya

P: *doesn't know whether to get excited or tensed*

A: You told me your name is Nikita. I came to know that your name is Pragya. Why did you lie?

P: *relaxes* Oh *thanks god that it's only about her name*

A: What do you mean by that?

P: *Saira comes and asks something* *P starts looking for some papers* *answers him half-mindedly* I thought of something else.

A: What do you mean by something else?

P: *gets a call and starts getting busy*

A: *realizes she wouldn't talk to him anytime soon* *starts getting into serious thoughts about what she meant by something else*
