Dev the philantropist?

After watching the episode today, it looks like Dev is on to something big. He is talking about settling everyone at home and then telling Elena to ask Vicky for her photography equiopments equipments. I think he has realized that because of his money, his family made him stay away from his happiness (Sona), he has seen their true colors and now is in the process of getting rid of eeverything materialistic to remove the leeches in one go. Till he has any money, the leeches (mami,vicky, neha, elena) will never leave him alone.

Dev's money was the root cause of Dev Sona separation.
