sona dev have not taken divorce but after 7 years marriage become null and void what is opinion about it please write

Even for null and void for marriage, legal procedure is required.

Marriage cannot be null and void. You have to appear for court to get divorce. Leaving separately for 7 years will not make marriage null and void. They will be called estranged couples (not living together) not a divorced couples. Both of them will have legal rights on each other.

I don't know how the episodes will take it , but actually Indian law is like that.

After 7 years of separation the marriage doesn't become null and void automatically😆

This 7 years clause is for presumed to be dead / unheard of. Still you have to legally file a petition in court for obtaining divorce.

As per law, children will be in their mother's custody, ( only if the women doesn't wants the child the child can be given to father) After 18 yrs of age a child can choose, father or mother.

Father can take care of the child but the custody of the child will be with mother only.

Yes , this will be his way of getting back at her ...to snatch the child from her ...this is what I was fearing too...but he will be at disadvantage because of his character...Court will not give custody of girl child to a father who is a Casanova...and now Sonakshi is financially in a situation to give better life to her daughter and she has proved that she is capable of taking care of her daughter...

Post 7 years , if there is no communication betwn the couple...the couple can file a petition and on those grounds court will grand divorce it in most cases...as the marriage being null and void . As far as the child custody is concerned it can be asked by either of the parent...at any point in time...if the child is above 18 the court will ask for the child opinion...below 18 girls ...father getting the child custody is very difficult...especially when father is a proven Casanova!!

PS : Probably this is one reason of showing Dev as a Casanova...he is going to loose the custody battle again because of a bad decision in his life??!!

DevAkshi only signed the prenup agreement not divorce

living apart for seven years does not mean they divorce

The moment he knows of Suhan's existence he is going to change his ways. I really hope Sona had atleast tried to communicate with Dev regarding their child and because of his greedy relatives or he himself in inebriated state was unable to realize it. Not that Sona needed reasons but still for the kid she should have tried atleast once.
