If you read people's comment here it's a disgusting and unnatural act even for an actor who decides to display it onscreen... When an actor/actress decides to shed clothes for camera especially their b*tt they close their eyes do it quickly and get it over with according to some...
If an actor says 'I have a mole on my face and I have never seen it', people here would be very upset if somebody comments that's unbelievable... They would say 'Do you have special powers to see your face? Nobody can see their own faces you know, only other people's faces'.
