I think the child was unneeded but also like I don't know what else could possible bring a mother close to her ex. Like the only straw was a need for a father for the child. Let's just assume EK has bought rights to the script as there is no difference from any of her super cliched melodramas.

Eri slayed! I love her character growth minus the child. I feel like CVs had no other reason but need for a father for the child to bring them back together. Otherwise, no sane woman would ever walk back to such a spineless jerk.
