Only Male version of 'O Jaana' playing

The track is heading toward Anika realizing her love but they're only playing the male version of "O Jaana" in all Shivika scenes till now.

It means Shivaay has looong ago realized his love for her. Only thing is that he has not verbalized it. He kind of did verbalize it on the wedding day where he was having FB and had a self talk about how he needs to dabaoo his pheelings.

It is now for the first time Anika will realize hers. Then the female oo jaana will be played.

I think he did realize he's falling for her awhile back it was the painkiller epi but he tried to fight it by proposing to Tia and then during Daksh time he cried when she accepted his proposal and the "ONS" broke him completely he preponed his wedding before he get know from Daksh that she took Money for "ONS" it was always jealousy and his ego mixed in one.

I didn't really realize that. All I was thinking about was the irrelevant timing when O Jaana was played 😆 They are trying to catch a villain and suddenly O Jaana pops up

I know everyone is expecting Annika to walk out devastated by Shivva's nonacceptance of the marriage in public but I keep saying that it is Shivvay that is going to be shaken up this time - not Annika.
There will be either a realization on her part, just before his award ceremony, that things have not changed between them as far as his accepting her as his wife in front of the world is concerned (even if Tia is not on the scene).
OR
Annika is going to sacrifice her relationship and walk out knowing that Shivvay will have to face the questions from the media and world about his marriage. If he did not marry Tia then who did he marry?? There is always Tej and Pinky to help with those snide remarks to make her question her importance in his life.
Anyways, i wish there is a situation where she voluntarily takes herself out of the marriage relationship and disappears without a trace. I can see Shivvay going crazy and berserk because she left without a trace. That could very well mean the 'O Jaana' for his part

My ideal scene for the awards ceremony would be:
Shivvay has been hunting for Annika high and low, even making a public plea that his wife (no names mentioned) please return to him before his Award Ceremony, as he has realized that all this means nothing without her.
The D Day arrives with no Annika and he attends the ceremony with his Family and a heavy heart as she has not contacted him or returned. He receives his award and looks out at the crowd searching for the one face that means so much to him now. That look of pride and love that he is missing from her face at his achievement.
Suddenly he feels her presence and knows that 'wild horses' could not have kept her away to see him receive this very prestigious award. He steps off the dais and walks towards a figure hiding in the crowd and trying to escape but she is cut off by Om and Rudra. He takes her hand, leads her to the dais to stand with him and announces to the crowd that he is very happy to receive this award along with his wife 'Mrs. Annika Singh Oberoi'. With her by his side he plans to win many more in the future
His 'O Jaana" is because he was missing his "jaan"

Just my wishful thinking - I know it may never happen ...lol
Also ... with the CV's anything is possible. It could very well have no significance at all that his version is playing ... lol 😆

Dont take it seriously 😆...they just have to play their anthem kahin bhi kabhi bhi ...😆

I think it's just to show that Shivaay is gravitating towards her, helplessly, like it's the most natural thing to do. He's not consciously doing it, it's so cute that he just likes to tease her and flirt with her, just to see her blushing smile. He finds her adorable, judging by the look in his eyes. That's why "O Jaana" is for him.
