Shahid Kapoor Questions Credibility of Critics

Just because the Oberois did away with the Kapoor fortune does not necessarily mean that it is all they own. Gathering the facts shown, they were probably already well off to begin with.
And not to poke holes in the story, but isn't that how business works? The Oberois may have bought and sold the Kapoor business when their stock prices fell or something. I'm not saying that the older generation does not have skeletons in its closet but come on! These three being sisters is too cliched and has as many holes as a block of Swiss Cheese. As for the revenge plot with three lead pairs, it's been done and tested in Love ne Mila di Jodi, this show that used to air on Star One.Coming to the plot of this show currently, there are some points I do agree with. A little more of the dynamics with the brothers, in fact changing dynamics due to them being involved with their respective partners would be wonderful to see. I don't see Annika as someone weak. Of course, her moral compass is equal to that of all the great bahus on television, but that's how it works. Would I have forgiven someone like Shivaay? - The day I pooped unicorns that would happen. But love makes you do terrible things, it makes you do stupid things and then it makes you do terribly stupid things. She's in love and for someone who loves with everything she's got, for someone with no family other than a little brother, for someone who has never been loved, I can see her moving on towards forgiveness. Not because she's brave or "mahaan" but because she's a human who has loved. I can never sympathise with Shivaay and yes, Annika should have tortured him for the pain he caused her, but at the end of the day, while we can wish for these things, this is reel life and it won't happen. The Oberois have shady pasts, no doubt. But the fact they own only the Kapoors and nothing of their own - not acceptable. As for the evil trio - if you send your daughters to a) sleep with a man of her father's age and b) marry another man after being married already and parade as a pregnant woman after lying about sleeping with him - not much can be said about their mother's parentage, can there? The Oberois (especially after Shivaya's forced marriage) don't stand on any high moral ground, but really, do you think the Kapoors deserve even an iota of understanding?
