Why Gul goes overboard in showing her heroines a super innocent and super dumb? Zoya was introduced as a highly educated intelligent girl but soon after few weeks Gul went overboard to show her innocent by making her believe that Asad was a secret agent like James Bond. It was not expected from a character like Zoya who was from New York. When Sanam got the uniform of skirt-top of her waitress job she asked to herself 'Isme salwar kaha kaha hai?' which looked like as if Sanam has never seen any woman in skirt all her life that also in 2037 according to the year of the leap story. She showed Seher who was a conwoman being scared of coloured medicine and injection which looked ridiculous. Now, Gul is going too overboard in order to show Anika as super innocent and super dumb though the word 'blush' and english movie things. Anika may not know proper english or may not be properly educated but doesn't she know basic english when she runs a catering business and most probably reading newspapers? Even 8 year olds know the meaning of blush. Can't she see the meaning of blush in dictionary or mobile internet or what instead of embarrassing and fooling herself? Who asks the meaning of nowadays from others instead of seeing its meanings from internet? She tells Saumya that she don't watch english movies as usme aise waise scenes aate hai aur use sharam aati hai kyunki vo seedhi saadhi lakdi hai. She means that those who watch english movies are not seedhi saadhi ladkiyan. Anika dear, even hindi movies have aise waise scenes and sometimes more than the english movies. There are much more imporant things shown in english movies than few minutes of aise waise scenes. Why Gul is all of a sudden showing Anika as so much innocent when she was shown to be worldly wise? This blush thing is unnecessarily getting stretched like kaleja dialogues of Durdhara in Chandra Nandini. What Gul wants to show? That a 28-29 year old working woman who is worldly wise don't know the meanings of words like blush which even small kids know and she asks others instead of seeing the meaning on internet. Anika is a heroine so don't show her that dumb. But what to do? Gul has a habit to show the heroines as dumb while her intention is show her as innocent. I know its a show and there is hardly any logic and I will be told to use the remote and all but show me mazaak karna hai to dhang ka mazaak karo. I would have said the same thing if Gul made her stupid attempts on showing Ishaana and Saumya as super innocents and super dumbs just because they are heroines. In fact, Gul showed Ishaana a dumb few times by turning her into conwoman due to majboori when she was introduced as an unaoplogetic conwoman and making her make stupid plans like Mala-Bela. See, I called my favourite Ishaana also dumb not only Anika😆.
