I feel that they come down here and then give an apt answere to our query in the episode.

Since no one exccept Shiway has seen Annika blush no one can imagin that it is that BLUSH she is talking about. And no one not even Somya can think that Shivay can be romantic to make his wife blush.

Both Annika and Shivay are very perivate when it comes to their feelings otherwise they both are thadibaa.

This blushing joke is now too much now. Can't Anika see it's meaning in dictionary or even Google on mobile? Gul goes overboard in showing d heroine's as over-innocent. Even a 8 year old kid knows d meaning of blush.

In 1 of my posts here I had said I wish Anika will just go and seek the meaning of "blush", and I'd even suggested the best candidate for the job, Soumya.
