first of all thanks for making this post... I was feeling so lazy to make one but will add to yours if you don't mind... 😆

Did you see the change in Shivaay??? He has become more confident where it comes to Anika.
... and more confident in himself about Annika as well. I think the change is more because this girl repeatedly told him she is not affected by him (car scene after Karwa Chauth) and that she is not obsessed with him (take your pick - many here .. lol 😆)
And now here she is 'shaking like a leaf' just when he touches her hands ... what a leap from 'fark nahi padta' to 'bahut ziyada fark padta hai' 🤣 🤣 Do you blame the man for turning on his charm and using it full blast now???!!! He has found they weapon to disarm the very confident and taddibaz girl named Annika and the weapon is HIM

His flirting with Anika, touching her without inhibitions as if he is touching some thing that belongs to him, he was always the touchy feely when it was Anika even before marriage, but there was inhibitions, hesitations, but now he is aware of it and OK with it. As if he is not doing anything wrong.

He is snapping at Tia and not allowing her to touch him or get physically close to him, he was actually rude to her yesterday and backed off when she approached to touch him and showed her, her place.
lol ... I thought I was the only one who noticed that ... in fact a bit of 'michmichi' feel was given by him as well... he was like 'if she touches me she might say i got her pregnant again' ... lol 🤣 🤣

The change is not only in private but also in front of his family. Yesterday when Rudra was teasing him in front of Anika saying he has made aloo-puri, there was acceptance and blushing from his end as well and no denying the fact. This has happened for the first time. His reply to their teasing was previously always been with responses like - tum log kuch bhi bolte ho or eesa kuch nahi hai or muzhe farak nahi padta,... But this was the first-time that Shivaay has not only accepted OmRu's teasing but also was enjoying it.😳
Lets start with him telling Annika how , "tum na ek Annika ho"... lol.
That I felt was so natural and without the usual 'Shivvay Wall' that he used to be behind all the time. He acknowledged that she was 'unique and different' but he liked her that way because it made him forget what he was angry about.
Then, the next day, without any reservations or awkwardness, he told her he was making breakfast for her. No indirect hint, clue or round about method - just very matter-of-fact straight up like a husband would do. Get ready and come quickly because I am preparing breakfast for you today.
Then of course the whole flirt and seduce mode on to see his 'very own good luck charm' for the rest of the day - Her blushing before brushing ... lol 🤣 🤣

He also communicated with his eyes to Anika that 'aloo-puri Maine tumhare liye banayee hai '. He also gave away his dislike for potatoes and ghee for her. 😆

He was justifying that how ghee was good for health. 😆

That was sooo😳

It was Shivaay accepting and acknowledgeing Anika (and his care for her) in front of his most valued relations- OBros. Something shifted.

Later he acknowledged her again in front of the family, on the dining table. It was interesting to see that Anika was sitting besides him.
OmRu again put Shivaay in the spot and teased him in front of Dadi and the rest of the family, by calling it as Shivaays 'peheli rasoi' made specially for Anika.
That surprised me as well. I mean I know with his brothers, in private, it is a given that he is teased about Annika right from the start but to actually be quiet and accept it at the dining table was a total shock to me. His ego and pride took a backseat today when Rudy teased him about the 'Pheli rasoi' and I was amazed he did not shoot Rudy down but let everyone understand it WAS made specially for Annika
Shivaay there was shy but not embarrassed. He also accepted the fact that he infact made the breakfast for Anika... His words were 'yeah... Ab Khan Kha le... Breakfast shuru kare ' as if eager to see what Anika has to say about the breakfast he so lovingly cooked.

He went ahead and served the aloo-puri in her dish. As if she was the only one on the table.
And yes... now to come to the part where he is openly showing how much he pays attention to what she likes - making the 'aloo puri', not refuting that it is for her, serving her - big move (that was open declaration of how much he has come to accept their relationship and respect it) and cutie Jhanvi saying things change after marriage with Shivvay acknowledging it quietly and the most important one , cutie Rudy baby saying "bhabhi badal di' with Shivvay calmly accepting it without any comments.

Then the demand for 'tareef ' was simply 😳😳. Anika too teased him saying 'Jabardasti ki tareef Karon? '😳. Both were teasing each other.

This takes me back to the time when MAllika had come to OM and Shivvay wanted Annika's approval about how he handled that problem. Something in him always needs her to praise him.

Shivaay was openly flirting with Anika in front of the entire family with absolutely no reservations with the blush weapon o it again. 🤣. He was all smiles and blushed himself. That too infrom of the family. As if it was OK, after all , all this he was doing was with his WIFE. This has never happened earlier.

He was very open about Himself and Anika. She was shy and blushing but he was very confident.
He was wasn't he?? That is why I think Mr. Oberoi is drowning deeper and deeper into this relationship compared to Annika.

This has never happened with Tia. I have never seen him do all this or behave like this with Tia... His 3 year old girlfriend and fiancee. No cooking for her... Or flirting..no even a genuine smile... No teasing...never has Shivaay displayed any sort of affection towards Tia, ever.

Shivaay also looked uncomfortable when Tej dragged him, Anika and Tia in the conversation when he brought in Svetlana for the BF.
That was wrong on Tej's part. He is older than Shivvay and should have kept the Uncle/Nephew respect between them. You do not put your nephew on the sopt like that.
Shivvay is quiet now because he has no other option but to be that way but not for long I think as like you said the equation between him and Annika HAS CHANGED
The Shivika eyelock looked as if he was comforting Anika and was not liking them being dragged in the conversation.

There is also a change where during critical situations, Shivika have eye locks, as if trying to communicate with each other or to see what the other thinks, or to see whether the other has understood the situation... Like husband -wife do.
True it is a major shift but I do not think Shivvay has himself realized that yet. Annika is the same as she has always been but Shivvay is changing very rapidly and I am not surprised. This man does not do things by halves when it comes to his commitments.

Some how I felt this week's episodes have shown this shift.
