I have been reading posts on people's comments about Monday's episode. Calling it cheap, sex shown just for trp, insulting women because they make love just after sona voices her thoughts.

I personally think people are narrowing your point of view. First point if this was for only trp then they could have shown it before too I mean without any fight at all. Why only fight without sona's obvious discomfort shown throughout the episode.

And more importantly... Why do you think of it as only sex. I think everyone in this forum even teens like me are mature enough to differentiate between sex and love making. At least I believe in this distinction. Sex is a biological but love making as it suggests has to do with love BTW two individuals their feelings, need to be close to each other, to be one, to feel each other.

And I see exactly happening. Just see sona's expressions at the start of you don't understand by watching the whole act... Her pain, their feelings in that moment together are clearly apparent. It's sooo obvious if you compare it with the previous one. And in all stories I have read love making is a way of venting one's emotions which cannot be said in words. Be it pain, assurance, love, anger, protection, possession etc. I mean it seemed to me most natural. And yet we don't know what dev has said to calm her down his voice. So can't we just wait for it. If he still remains a fool he will be bashed anyways right so why bash him for something he hasn't even done yet just on speculation.

Moreover if u see the scene... It is just about them as couple. Dev and sonakshi... In love.

Not ishwari's beta, ghar ki bahu, a women who can't be mother, not would be ma and Papa etc... This is just about them away from everything finding each other again. And it is beautiful.

I guess its not just about maturity my dear...it has to do with culture...sex is considered to be a taboo in some society...and so some ppl find it very diff to see it on screen with family or otherwise ... A lot of movies are made with different subject lines meant for different crowds / audience ...so every concept has a target audience..and there again if you want to watch you can ...if not you dont...similarly here in this case if they dont want to see it ...they can always switch channels no one is forcing them to see...

And about your post I agree...I didnt find it dirty or cheap...I found it very touching...I saw it as a way of a husband to pacify his wife ..he understood her pain ...we need to understand he is also loosing the gift of being a parent...but he is more prepared because he knew it before marriage..here he has to be the stronger one ...he needed to...calm her ...make her feel loved and cherished...help her to understand how much he loves her...and the fact that he is there with her...more than words action speaks louder...his act was to confirm his love for her...make her feel important and respected...above all make her feel complete as a woman!!

PS: Its just my POV ...it could be that my age which is seeing it in a different light...probably younger crowd might have a different point of view...

Well if Dev cuts Ishwari's call when she calls again to find out how Sona liked the food, if he doesn't make a fake promise to get her into bed and honestly gives his 100% to Sonakshi at that moment, if he doesn't repeat his lie again that it doesn't matter to him if they have baby or not (which obviously is not the case, it matters to his God thus him too, which is why they are here) it will not be cheap.

If any of the above doesn't happen, then definitely it is cheap in my eyes, but not just from Dev's point of view, from Sona's pov too. For me, love doesn't exist without trust and faith. For me, if Dev doesn't really 'DO' something to prove what he says at this hour, I will not be able to trust him. He has lied too many times. So if Sonakshi is lured into bed by just 'words' I cannot call it 'love making'. She clearly clearly doesn't trust him anymore. So where is the love ? Unless Dev earns her trust before doing this act, I will not call it love-making. Unless Sonakshi is truly convinced by what he says about her issues, I cannot see it as love-making. This would just be a physical act done by deceit and hormones.

This is my pov, not necessarily to match with everyone. 👍🏼

You do have a point ...but her shouting yesterday at him doesnt have much to do with him...it has to do with her inner turmoil...she couldnt express her fears when she was at his house...in a joint family its very difficult to be yourself...a lot of times we need to control our emotions...so here at the resort it just came out in open...and its her trust in the relationship that she shares with him made her scream at him...Again we havnt seen the episode ONLY the precap...we will know what actually transpired betwn them only when we watch it ...

We all know how unpredictable our show is...😆 hope after he does the deed doesnt end up saying...ma will be happy if you conceive now...then, thats it !! 🤣 end of Dev and his love for Sona...😆

Ur post is speaking my mind. Seriously I am unable to believe that some are calling it as cheap romance or for TRPs. I think the scene Is perfectly suiting to the situation. The best way to comfort each other and to prove that u really need Ur partner is to get intimate. I don't know abt others but I personally feel that physical intimacy is a very imp pillar for a strong relation. It happen that at one moment u are arguing and at other u get into love making. I don't know why people are making a big deal. We are seeing the picture from third angle but to feel it we have to be in the other person shoes.

Just want to present my view.

First of all I am not teenager, i know what sex is, it's aspects and emotions.

I used the word cheap because

first i find this whole romancing in shimla setup CREEPY AS HELL because of his mother .Its like she is DIRECTING THEIR SEX LIFE.🤢

second timing of CV's showing this just before Slap gate incident , is their "Cheap" marketing.They wanted to calm down fans .One of big mistake or SMART mistake they did is showing Slap spoiler.

Third one Love making is process where persons need to have "HONESTY " between them ,that makes it more beautiful and pure.Frankly i find this is LACKING from Dev's side. He need to be "HONEST" with her for once.

Fourth one By doing this deed , they completed what Ishwari wanted them to do. That is SEX.If Dev wanted to assure sonakshi he could have take her anywhere from this hotel,or shut up manager etc.Or anything.

IF on monday he will be honest with himself and sonakshi then I will be the one who will make post to say sorry for saying "CHEAP " 😆But Not for "CREEPY Word.

@ Bold - I know 😆 When she said that line 'This is the 4th time you are saying this to me', I would have been SO SO happy if her next line was 'Did you tell this to your Maa ?' 😕😆 But she went onto different tangent and spoke about her own struggle which is again very humane, heart-touching and normal 😳 One cannot focus on too many things at this stage where the whole resort knows she is infertile 🤢.

@ Blue - 😲🤣 No I hope and think Dev won't say that. But it's high time he stops taking Ishwari's calls at least in front of Sona. As long as he proves to Sona that he is here for 'her' and not to follow Ishu's commands, I am ok 😆

Although how I wish they both would fly to Manali or even Paris in his private jet where Ishu's aatma will not keep haunting them. 🥱😆

I like some here used to think how can we make love when you are not in union soulwise ..
But it is wrong...is what many people told me...

Am like how sona yelled at dev in my real life
But all we need pehchaan kaun is an assurance from your partner that he will be with me
Forever and he values me and what I feel over anyone else.
Sometimes just the presence matters. Sitting beside us.

Hormones help sweep out negativity.. and also increases bonding...
And I feel my intimacy lack with my husband due to lack of it.

So am looking forward to the series of episodes without any prejudice.

I agree to u. It really doesnt look like this whole sequence is to increase TRP or compensation to slap. I strongly feel makers have story to tell and everything is a part of it.

As far as Sona making love after all that shouting, we are missing a link. We dont know yet, what will be Dev's reply. It was very evident yesterday Sonakshi's word have hit really hard on Dev. There will be definately a heart to heart conversation between them and he will definately pacify Sona. Couples do end their fights n quarrels with love making. Infact this is the most natural way. One thing i m very sure of Dev will never make love to Sonakshi bcoz Ishwari will tell him. Guys y do v always forget he is totally, deeply n madly in love with Sona. He will make love to her is bcoz he wants to express his love to his wife.

Lot of bashing on Shirtless Dev, i have trust on CVs, they will never let the whole sequence look vulgur or cheap. By seeing 1 pic, so much of bawaal is really not done.

I really liked the post by one of the members who clearly explained the whole monday sequence so well. This sequence depicts the comfort between a already married couple for few months who have consummated quite a number of times before.

No no. This was truly not talking about only your post... I just wanted to put my view and cheap seemed to be the key word.

I get all of what we you are saying. In fact me too whole of Thursday and Friday you know after seeing ishwari's preparations was praying that they shouldn't make love specially to fulfil mission dixit baby. In fact the fight scene was exactly how I imagined it would be... U know from sona's side about how it looks like she has to conceive. This is my point. I see them making love not because of room, or preparations, or ishwari... Here the focal point for one is the other... They are being intimate as assurance, care, love, pain after the fight. It's a release if the emotions of the past few days. This is what I wanted. I mean the leads going out for three days we already knew some intimacy was obvious... That's why I always imagined this scene coming after the fight. This it doesn't seem out of place for me.

Yes dev had many other ways of pacifying assuring her but he chose this... I think it follows naturally from the fight. He thought it would be the best way to communicate with her.

Finally I know dev had made and broken promises in crisis moments without realising probably that's why you are worried about this just being a temporary strategy again... But for me I really think he genuinely means everything in the moment he says them to sona but later since his mom is his god he doesn't realise he is contradicting himself probably. That is for another discussion.

So I will never feel he is bluffing or just trying to get her in to bed for just that moment. And anyways... Since I love dev too much... I will always hold on to hope that he will and can change

I hope you understood what I wanted to say and am sorry if you felt you were being targeted or hurt or offended know any way. I really was responding to the debate and not singling out your post.
