Is Atharva acting??

Hii guys...M almost new to this forum and I rarely post over here...
Soo...Today m here with a doubt of mine... Is Atharva acting??? I was watching today's episode and they have shown Atharva being normal at times...and I felt he is acting.. He goes back to baby Atharva form when he sees others around...When he is with vividha he just goes with the flow... during their vachan part he was fully in Atharva Sujata form and as soon as he saw ravish he changed the situation and went back to baby Atharva as if he got to know that it's their plan... I don't know why but I feel like he is back after that latest injury.. And maybe he is acting coz he has seen ravish ka love for his brother and he don't wanna snatch vividha from ravish that's y he is acting so... What say?

Am also thinking the same..and he forgot captain saab..?how come..?

If he is acting then he is faking it from the start, when he came to Vashits house. More and more people are noticing his changing behaviour..I agree that his acting changes every second. You can ignore it once, twice, thrice but with every passing episode it seems it is more deliberate than a medical condition.
