Hmm I guess NK may reveal this statement of kunal to meghna ( which is not true) and this can be the cause of MU on their marriage night

This seems a possible explanation! MeghNal relationship will surely don't have a normal start and will not be as smooth as it seems. Maybe KaIna's marriage may also bring some differences between the two cos I don't think either meghna or anyone else will accpet that so easily.

That line right there is going to a problem. MeghNal's rishta is a lie. Not to them but for the family. No one knows that they are in love.
It's going to present a lot of hurdles for them.
