could it be a disease or some mental stigma which he mightve carried on from his childhood to his adult years? maybe some harassment from a woman before his transition? i don't think a beating from his father...it could be a past event from which his transition mightve irked his father...

@Meena, from his character profile on Colors TV website, he really has skin sensitivity. The not touching, that could be something from his childhood.

Maybe karan was emotionaly tortured by NK for his lack in buiseness because he seems to be an artistic person, and maybe NK doesnt like this thing.
