Lets guess Karan's Past

He has a skin issue. He doesn't allow anyone to touch him not even his mother or sister who love him but allows his Dadu to hug him. When his mom was about to put a thilak on his forehead, he moved away and her eyes filled. May be the family's initial reaction to his skin issue hurt him deeply.

I feel he has been through Child Abuse and that accompanied by his Dad's rude behaviour and Kunal's excellency in all fields..!!

Hmm...i don't think karan's got a past. Its just that his short-comings plus his skin disease has got him in a position were even if he tries to be normal with his family he just can't. NK's constant tauntings and kunal's excellency has got him to reconcile in a shell. Maybe he was subjected to some serious tortures in his childhood by his dad or was a part of kunal's pranks. This might be the reason he is rude towards him. Maybe the past events of his failures has given him the present shape.
But still I am trying to figure it out as of why he actually hates kunal. His hatred for NK is quite evident but for kunal, the picture doesn't seems so clear.
I am excited to discover his past plus his relation with naina in future!

He even said during his entry in the chauhan house, that if he doesn't dance at the door-steps then he wouldn't be allowed to enter the house. What does that mean???? Was that got any connections for his rude behavior with kunal????

Abuse seems like the obvious choice here. Abuse comes in all shapes and form so it doesn't necessarily mean he was beaten. I'm thinking more on the lines of emotional. Karan seems emotionally scarred and hurt.
Kunal might not have intentionally hurt him but he must have for Karan to react the way he does.

Karan doesn't allow anyone to touch him. He remains cold with everyone. Maybe his behavior can be attributed to his past. Maybe his family unaware of his disease has hurt him unintentionally which had made an strong impression on his mind and this must has account for his present behavior. Remember, his mom got teary-eyed when he didn't allowed her to touch him. His eyes spoke of his pain. It was clearly reflected from his beahvior.
Overall, currently he is the most intriguing character of the show. I love him mostly samridh as karan. He is doing really well and I would love to see more of him in future as well. And for KaIna, they too look cute together! Hope they too get a good story in the show!
