I think she sees it as Shivvay needing them more than they needing Shivvay. I always feel like she knows that they are what holds Shivvay together and without the two of them he will break and shatter.

Mujhe toh lagta hai anika started liking shivaay or at least considering him as someone humane only because of this. She was surprised that he can be so loving to someone.

She feels genuine affection and bond bw the three brothers, so she might have got emotional !
