I t's barely three months old and 9X already has plans to launch another slew of pro- grammes. One of the shows, Dahhej, has very weepy, saas-bahu-ish promos. A source reveals that the serial is about two sisters who fall for the same guy. Muskaan Mehani, better known as Dr Sapna of Dill Mill Gayye, plays the bubbly sister. The other role is being enacted by a newcomer. "Muskan's character isn't all good or all bad," says the source, adding that the producers have roped in quite a few known faces to grab eye- balls.. one of them is Deepshikha. Best medicine Mehani refuses to talk about Dahhej, preferring to gab about Dill Mill Gayye. "It's so much fun.. I hardly feel as if we're shooting. We have a blast every day," gushes the actress, who start- ed out with Yeh Meri Life Hai. Isn't she tired of playing the bubbly girl-next- door? "I've been told that I look different in every role. So I have no problems playing bub- bly," she says. Mehani, who was also seen in Heyy Babyy claims to have a couple of films to look forward to in March.
