I mean Saanjh just needs to put it like this that the Pandit said upsetting things about Maya and she had gone inside the temple for few minutes leaving Arjun to wait...next morning Saanjh found Maya's earring near the temple steps and Maya had gone in there must have again met the Pandit and the Pandit died mysteriously...so unstable Maya might have killed the Pandit ..? See present it like that and no one needs to do anything and it seems as though Maya killed the Pandit, when in truth for all we know the Pandit could've naturally died of heart-attack...It all depends on how you present the situation then even wrong seems right and right will be seen as wrong...sab nazareeiye ki baat hai.

@Tu-jo-mile, in the 1st promo Maya had set the Pandit's house on fire and not killed the Pandit himself... I agree Maya is capable of hurting people which she does too but by making their life miserable and not downright killing them... had Maya have the guts to kill or killing instinct that to kill someone and not get caught then the first person she would've killed would've been her pathetic excuse of a father, Ashwin Malhotra because he is the only thing in her life that haunts her...that is sole reason for her miseries. But alas she hasn't killed him yet..so Maya might be cable of fatally harming a person and make their life miserable but no to kill someone, she doesn't have it in her psycho-obsessed or not.
