I won't use the world illegitimate but I have a feeling that Shivay could have been adopted by Shakti and Pinky. It can be a possibility that Pinky could not conceive and Shakti and she decided to adopt a child. That could be the reason, why Pinky and Shakti don't have any other children.

If this is true and with the way Tej spoke to Shivay in Wednesday's episode, I have a feeling that soon Shivay will hand over everything to Om and leave Oberoi mansion (hence the vanvaas period).

How can Shivaay be "Adopted" in the first episode Shivaay's dadi said that his eyes are blue like his grandfather.
Having only one child is not weird because sometime a woman can't conceive due to some problem after her first pregnancy.

Not sure I agree with the adopted part but i agree that it is a very real possibility that Shivaay feeling bad about what Tej said, especially the bit about words are different from action, he could hand it all over to Omkara and walk away.

Then, we'll see the rising of SSO with the support of his new family, Anika & Sahil.

Tej was using Shivaay as an example, to marry to take his business to the next level, to marry advantageously. But right then, Shivaay argues that Om should not be forced to marry someone he does not know or care for, that it wasn't fair on him.

So Tej calls him out for hypocrisy, because Shivaay was not marrying for any reason but for profit. And that he was preventing Om from benefitting the same way too. That he didn't want his brother to succeed as well as he did.

This may sound like a very daft question but even if Shivvay does (IF is the big word here) end up staying married to Annika by choice why would he give everything up to Om (poor OM that would be more of a penance than pleasure for him) and walk out??
Shivvay knows how much Om hates running the business and having anything to do with it
And staying married to Annika does not mean he should cut off from his family?
Am I missing something very obvious here???!!!

He may give everything up for Om to prove the extent of his love & loyalty for his bros after Tej/Jhanvi question his love & loyalty for his bros. They might blackmail him & say 'If you really love Om, give everything up for him' and he obviously will succumb to it.

Gotcha!!! Poor Om ... I would feel more sorry for Om than Shivvay if that happened. The poor boy gets no say in the matter here

I think Gul herself told once that for Shivika to work, Anika wont magically find out that she is blue blood bcz then there is no story of him accepting her. In the same way Shivaay cannot be shown illegitimate bcz again shivIka will fall flat

Shivaay has rigid beliefs that khoon khaandan matters n der story is now he falls for Anika and stays with Anika despite of her not even having a surname.

Shivaay loving her cz he finds he is illegitimate or that Anika is blue blood throws everything they built up down the drain.

Everyone is predicting this "vanvas" , but i don't think it will be happen over stupid things like Svetlana or money.

I have been suspicious lately that whoever comes as Omkara's love interest will be the undoing of him. An ambitious woman, who no doubt will love Omkara back equally, but might make him change a little.

You can't have drama without things going wrong no?

And the ObBros bond is no exception. I'm postulating that Omkara's wife/gf will be his undoing, a love that makes him turn to business, to make HER happy, and for this Shivaay will give him his stake and leave. Shivaay vowed he will do anything to keep him happy. Plus, the whole illegitimacy claim adds poignancy to the whole equation.

They are keeping Om single for something big. One bahu keeps everyone together, like Shivaay. One bahu keeps everyone happy, like Rudra. and one more to bring in drama.

Pure speculation. Om deewanis, i am one of you guys, but with his charisma, his love story will be consuming and painful..
