I don't think Vanvaas will start anytime soon. And again I don't feel that Shivaaaye would go for Vanvaas on his own I think it would be due to some chaal of RoTiLana but let's see

About adopted I know there is no consistency in the show but Shivaaaye has the eyes of his dadaji do he isn't adopted, also Gul said that he wouldn't turn out to be a non Oberoi

No I don't think so because Gul herself confirmed that Shivay is a true blue Oberoi.
So chances are less but after RoTiLana anything can happen in IB so I don't know!

No shivay cant b 😕 illegitimate. And illegitimate child means born out of wedlock or a love child.even if an obro is illegitimate he will b an oberoi blood may b from different mother.hope it will b like dat.
