Oh!! Wow!! what a brilliant episode!! I have no words to describe the beauty of today's episode but I shall try my best to share my euphoria with you.
Today is the day where the gauntlets are thrown, actions made that cannot be undone later leading to regrets, anguish and pain. The conch has been blown, a warning has been given & the war shall break out devastating both the camps ultimately destroying one!
In my previous posts, I had consistently maintained that Sanjh will be a puppet master & today for the first time, I felt that my initial surmise might prove to be correct (it still might get derailed if TRP's or Channels interfere). The first augury comes when Sanjh says that she lost her goal and her direction. Maya who had been listening to Sanjh, steps forward, says that's the result when one takes the wrong path - the goal can never be attained!! That was the first indicator that the road taken by Sanjh would not be the right one, she may appear to close in on her goal but like the mirage, it would be the case of so near yet so far.
Maya, the insecure Maya who could never withstand another girl anywhere near the vicinity of Arjun is now able to summon the dancing girls - what's more, she even can smile and watch him dancing with the ladies. The woman who was afraid of colors now willingly accepts it. But has she changed completely? No, there still is that tug of insecurity, that fear of abandonment when she says that she does not want to go back to her colorless world . Unfortunately, she will have to go back to that colorless world but whether that world will imprison her again or will she break the gilded cage remains to be seen. Red!! The color of blood, Blood the life giver, in other words, Red is life, red is passion, red is emotions. Maya who had eschewed life & its myriad of happiness and sadness now steps up to accept it, secure in the knowledge that she has a shield that will protect her from evil. BUT, that shield has not been tested by fire YET!!
If Maya opted to breathe life into her frozen world, Sanjh chose darkness. It is not just white that is colorless but even black is colorless too. While the white is less threatening, Dark/black is broody, vengeful and angry. Sanjh has chosen her course , a course in which turning back may prove to be tough or one where she may not want to turn back at all. Today witnessed the birth of life in one and a death of life in another.
If one needed further confirmation, then all one had to see was Sanjh's visit to the temple. The doors of the temple were shut to Sanjh. The God's had turned their back on her. Why would the God's turn their back on Sanjh? - I leave you to answer that.
When Sanjh turns back, she is pricked and she lays her hand on the first weapon - the ear ring. Yes, Sanjh does manage to get something of Maya but she unintentionally returns it. Though, she does give a warning about never returning what she will find in the future which means that the security blanket of Maya aka Arjun is going to be snatched away from her. Maya has played the game of love using her mind, she has calculated every move's but Love is a matter of heart! When Mind supersedes Heart, love will not succeed. Love needs emotions to nurture it, mind provides logic and intelligence not emotions. For Maya's love to succeed, her mind has to submit itself to her heart! - A fact that is going to wreck Maya for sure!! Sanjh's promise will teach Maya to unfetter her heart!!
Arjun, the man who is supremely unconscious of his importance in either ladies lives. Like a gentleman, he maintains both the relationships. I loved the fact that he was always placed in the middle of the ladies, equidistance to both, proving that he is important to both and they both are important to him.
