yyy - I have a doubt. When Bijoy is shouting right beside his ears (as you say it's damn irritating), it's not much rocket science to assume that one would guess the position of another person or judge how near he is to Dev. If Dev cannot catch the nearness of a human being even from THAT close a distance, I must say Dev should go have a checkup from doctor on his hearing senses. 🤔

And when we are that angry and near to an elderly person, it's our duty to have a check on our anger and don't start moving our body parts to hurt someone. That is a basic lesson we get in our childhood.😊

It doesn't matter whether one is angry or not or if some old person or young chap is next to us .I believe we should always be careful while walking and turning around but still accident happen in a spur of moment and it's not in intentional and not in ones control.Do people like getting into accidents no but if it happens will you consider that as crime or will u call it as an accident .if accident happen because of being drunk then you can blame the person .

Did you see the situation how it was .He was convincing his mom on one hand ,Bijoy was shouting on his left and when the slap happened he had moved to his right a bit .When multiple people talk at the same time in a stressful situation like this you don't pay attention to those little details .Thats why it's called accident.After all the shoutings he gets to hear these days I won't be surprised if his ear drum is effected .

Nobody insulted her family in front of her. Backbitiching is going on but not at this level where bijoy gone. Not even ishwari bashed her father when he threw her beloved son out of house. Mami bashed her father at that instant but shut by dev and mamaji. She got her own insults but not in her parents by ishu. So this may be git brownie points for dev but now also his action is not justified.😡

Even in accident, no one, no one slaps a parent. Baba is Dev's parent. The whole body language in front of parents make a difference. If Dev has this uncontrollable rage which makes him prone to physically abuse people THIS often - Slapping Vicky, Pushing Sona violently, Slapping Bijoy - it's high time he should consult a doctor. This is not civilized. When accidents mixed with extraordinary amount of hormones (be it testosterones which mixed with anger leads to rape, or adrenaline right now for slap) violates another person time and again, high time to go for counselling.

A simple thing - If I am THAT angry in front of my parents or in-laws, I would go inside or lock myself up in bathroom unless I regain my sanity. This is what people do to avoid accident out of outrageous display of anger.

Also, I know you would like to wait for the actual episode to air, but the way Dev's hand moves, it honestly doesn't look like an accident. Although even if it is, accidentally pushing parents or causing them physical harm is not in my dictionary to forgive. It is OUR and ONLY our responsibility to show basic minimum respect which AGE demands.

Bijoy and Asha were being insulted since the very beginning, and in this episode without any particular fault of them which is 90% of the cases though. In a house like Dixits who are so poisonously dominating and demanding, one HAS to shout at the decibel of drumrolls to get their points across them. No wonder Bijoy raises his voice in such high peach, Netaji says if someone slaps you 1 time, slap him back 7 times so that no one dares touch you again. Dixits aint a family with whom Gandhigiri cannot be adopted to deal with.😆

It did not happen because of his anger it happened because of accident.There is a big difference between accident and anger .What Bijoy did to Dev was out of anger whereas what Dev did was accident .If Dev knew accident would happen then he would have stopped it but when one doesn't have control then where is the question of relationship like father ,mother .

I beg to differ here Dev has never manhandled Sona even when he was upset or angry .He has always been in control even when was drunk .Lets not put false allegations on him .Please a person who always respected women is now accused of raping .This is too much hehe ..let's not get carried away

I have nothing more to say because accidents doesn't happen because of rage if it happens it's not called accidents .I don't want to start talking about Bijoy again and how he has insulted people in his life because it's irreverent here .

Hmmm let the episode air, I saw the video and the way his hand moved through the air all the way to the opposite side of Bijoy, it did look like an act out of uncontrollable anger. Let's see !🤔

Let the episode air and editing can do wonders and these segments add extra noise to add masala .Sometime segments editing is better than actual episode .In this case I would hope it's other way around
