It is clear from the precap that the captaincy task is designed to hurt Swami Om and favor Bani.
Since both Swami Om and Bani are made to stand to protect their pyramids from the balls thrown by other contestants, it is clear that male contestants will hesitate to throw the balls hard at Bani's body (especially upper body - face/breasts/stomach), otherwise they can be labeled as male violence on a female. At the same time male contestants will have no such problem hitting at the body of another male contestant. This is clear from watching how Rohan was enjoying throwing balls at Swami with all his force. Surely, no male contestant will be using such force to hit Bani.
While designing the captaincy task, the channel would have known that Rohan wants to prevent Swami Om from becoming captain as he had told this to Lopa. Also, Rohan has a history of being violent at Swami Om. Similarly Manu and Manveer have a history of being violent with Swami Om, and from the night conversation and their performance in selfie task, it was clear that none of them was supporting Swami Om.
So, I believe, that channel deliberately designed this task to physically hurt Swami Om and to favor Bani's victory in the task.
