yes we should not make any assumptions just by seeing the promo...i'm 90% sure that maya is not murderer...if they show all like this openly then where will be the suspense..they are just misguiding us...we should not forget the main concept of this show it's a suspense thriller show...in the promo also they didn't show maya as killer...i think there must be some mystery behind this pandit death...we should wait and watch..

Maya smirk can be for saanjh also.. Taunting her that arjun is hers now.. Its doesnt have to be exactly that maya is smirking after arjun saying that pandit is killed.. In the precap it was shown that way to add suspense

and they will know that the story will be repetitive with maya committing more crimes in the upcoming episodes

they are showing maya as a successful business woman, a no BS woman, and on the other hand giving away that she is a serial killer doesnt make quite sense

seems like there is some funny business going on
